Beautiful room on a historic building. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty restaurant for dinner and reasonably priced. Eggs at breakfast would be icing on the cake!

a lovely check in , car parking at the rear of the rooms, we had a superior room Hastings at £135, it looked lovely...but.. out of the 8 lights in the room 4 bulbs were out, including the one over the sink for washing and shaving tiny shower room, with a broken handle the cold side of the shower but worst of all not hot water... and then after dinner we returned to the room, no cold water either for washing or toilet flushing dirty carpets in the hallways outside the rooms no one to speak to on departure about the issues

Lovely hotel with rooms above an Italian restaurant within walking distance of Loughborough town centre. Staff were also lovely and very helpful and welcoming. Meal in the restaurant was also lovely. Would definitely stay again.

friendly, clean and great food
Very friendly Italian restaurant with rooms.
The room was comfortable and a good size, but was adjacent to the toilets the restaurant guests used. I came out of my room a couple of times just as men were coming out the gents which was a bit off putting.
The room was clean and comfortable if a tiny bit dated.
The food and the service in the restaurant was very good although i was a bit sad to find myself eating alone for most of my meal in the annex as the restaurant was I assume full.
My biggest complaint was that the music while dining in the annex was very loud, but I felt a bit too embarrassed to ask them to turn it down, two ladies were also eventually shown to a table near me and did ask. It was a lot more bearable then.
Breakfast was a continental buffet whcih was fresh and very nice.
Overall a very nice place to stay and very easy with the restaurant downstairs.
