Room is a bit shabby but so far not bad. Stuffs are helpful. The restaurant next door is great. A pleasant stay overall.

I didn’t end up staying at this hotel due to a change in circumstances, but they went above and beyond in refunding me, even though they didn’t have to. I couldn’t have asked for more, and I truly appreciate their kindness. I look forward to staying here in future (for real next time!).

Generally the hotel is very convenient, clean and staff are helpful and friendly. It's had some updating with paint and furnishings. Good selection of breakfast on offer. The 'gym' is very basic and could do with expanding. The bedroom felt and smelt musty on entry (rectified with opening a window and then using the air con) and there was very little hot water to have a bath which has been an issue every time I've stayed.

Becks in the cleaning staff was polite, kind, helpful and hard working. The hotel could do with a lift and new carpets but otherwise a very pleasant stay. Couldn't fault the staff or the service .
