Well located on the coast, just at the edge of the town. Parking is easy and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Care is taken to ensure that guests are given full information on what to see and the best walks/parking opportunities. There facilities for warming own food and eating meals brought in from outside. Would happily stay here again.

While the hotel is situated on a roundabout at the entrance of PerrosGuirrec, you easily forget about it with the seaview , the ease of parking, the pleasant inner courtyard, a nice pub next door and bars and restaurants only 10 minutes away.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my stay in the hotel. It was a terrible experience: when we entered, there was no one at reception. After waiting at least 10 minutes, the boss appeared, but he seemed to have looked too deep into the glass... There were mice running all over the bar. There was no maintenance of any kind. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and cleanliness of this hotel. We definitely do not recommend it!. Sincerely

Unpretentious and very good establishment, the breakfast is generous, the bed very comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal, slightly out of the way just at the entrance to the city. The staff is very pleasant and full of good advice. I will return without hesitation.

Hotel renovated in 2016, but the building remains in the style of the 1980s. in the bathroom (very clean), it still had the painter's tape around the lamp… Breakfast: charged 9 euros/person, no one had prepared the buffet, the staff was absent and uncontactable. Customers had to search the cupboards to find butter, jam, etc., a scandal!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small, dated room, more like a motel than a hotel but the characteristic of the structure is the proximity to the bay which allows you to enjoy the low and high tides. Hot drinks always available and free, private and free parking.

I miss the previous owners. Now the hotel is barely maintained and the boss is there whenever he wants. As a result, it is difficult to resolve the problems. There is no longer the friendly atmosphere of before in this hotel without a driver.

We were celebrating a bachelorette party in Perros-Guirec and chose this hotel to treat ourselves at a low price. We appreciated its location, at the entrance to the port. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, and gives very good advice on the region. Impeccable breakfast. Very decent room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Calm. Small car park reserved for the hotel, easy parking. Recommended for visiting the region on a weekend.
