We have stayed here before, and all was good, however it is not now. Our room was tired, had marks all on the walls, unsure what they were! The bathroom needed a good scrub and the flooring in the hallway and bedroom needed repairing as it was rising up. Couldn’t have a Gin & Tonic, can only do certain drinks??? Breakfast was not good: Yoghurt. was in a large bowl and not covered, fruit salad also. Neither were the meats and cheeses. No napkin to hold the bread to cut it so everyone was touching it whilst doing so. The aircon was not working for the 2 days we were there. It was 38 degree heat and we were not even offered a fan, the rooms are not big! We did get free parking though as a gesture of goodwill!! 🙈 Such a shame but it has really gone down hill and I will be looking to stay elsewhere in the future.

Very easy, clean and comfortable hotel very close to the centre of Agen and its bus and train station. Have been there twice and plan to go again. Extremely caring personnel - thank you very much !

Très bon accueil, tout le personnel est professionnel et très souriant cela change de certains hôtels. Les chambres sont vieilles et d'une décoration des années 90 mais elles restent confortables et très propre L'hôtel mériterait d'être rénové au vu de l'implication du personnel.

Super séjour ! Le personnel est adorable, serviable, souriant et très professionnel. Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner est très correct. Malheureusement l’hôtel mériterait fortement d’être rénové car les chambres et couloirs sont d’une décoration de l’ancien temps et c’est dommage

Très décevant. Ni à la hauteur d’un 3 étoiles, ni à la hauteur d’un IBIS. Des chambres trop petites et vieillissantes, des sanitaires trop abîmés et trop usés, une literie inconfortable, petit déjeuner peu copieux, et la mauvaise surprise : aucun ménage le temps de notre séjour ! Prix injustifié …
