The menu of the a la carte restaurants is somewhat limited. The room service food does not arrive hot and last but not least, the most popular drinks run out and are not replaced at once. For the rest, a very good beach, a good atmosphere and impeccable facilities.

Excellent pool, bar, beach, entertainment, shows, all inclusive and Michael Jackson show was great. Great staff especially Ernesto! Fabulous fitness classes too n the beach. Would definitely come again. What a fabulous place to stay and we would come again!

It was perfect- Santa was so kind and friendly! we enjoyed out stay at the sakura Restaurant very much and we came back during our stay for 4 times!

El personal es poco amable, en un 90% atienden todos de mala gana. En el hotel hay poco personal, lo que hace lenta la atención. La comida es promedio baja. Fui a un restorán que los manteles me tocaron sucios (el italiano en específico). De todos los restoranes que probé habían 2 relativamente “buenos”. La barra de la piscina cierra temprano 6pm. El hotel es limpio y pieza son limpias.. Es un hotel es más bien tranquilo para venir en pareja. Si buscas diversión este no es el hotel.

3ème séjour consécutif dans cet hôtel et certainement pas le dernier. Mis à part le nouveau nom ( anciennement Hilton ), rien n'a changé. La plage est paradisiaque, les restaurants à la carte sont excellents et c'est d'ailleurs très appréciable de pouvoir dîner à la carte sans réservation et de façon illimitée. Tout le personnel est très sympa, notamment l'équipe du pool bar avec Adrian et Yellry. Un petit bémol, plusieurs familles avec jeunes enfants étaient souvent à la plage côté adulte.
