El hotel es espectacular! Una vista increible, a metros del cerro bayo, a 3 min del centro; el personal del hotel es amable, predispuesto y te atienden como reyes. Mica, Emi, Nico y Ale se encaargaron de resolvernos todo durante nuestra estadía y sus recomendaciones fueron fundamentales para aprovechar los días en Villa. Tienen servicio de spa, pileta climatizada y campo de golf 9 hoyos con green fee incluido en tarifa. El desayuno buffet riquísimo y muy completo. Fuimos con mi esposo a festejar y descansar unos días, y sin dudas lo hicimos. Sin dudas volvería y lo recomendaría mil veces!

Maravilhoso!
Adorei a estadia! Tinha ducha escocesa, piscina térmica e outra do lado de fora, academia pequena. Tinham lebres que ficaram na frente do hotel e os quartos tinham um banheiro com 3 separações e banheira. A cama é grande, macia e confortável. Um café da manhã divino! Uma ótima experiência!

El lugar es soñado ! Lo recomiendo a full. Está cerca del centro muy limpio el desayuno excelente y la gente del hotel super amables ! El spa es super !! Fuimos en pareja con amigos y disfrutamos mucho del lugar y la tranquilidad. Destaco la atención de NICO q nos recibió con la mejor de las ondas !!!

Excelente el Hotel (solo le falta una carta de restaurante para ser 5 estrellas), un lujo las habitaciones y el servicio. Spa muy completo y cancha de golf dificil. A 5 min del centro. Las vistas son al bosque y montañas nevadas, tenés que hacer un esfuerzo para salir a pasear, dan ganas de quedarse a disfrutar del hotel. UN SUEÑO. Lo recomiendo

Recomendado Hotel, tanto por su atención como por sus instalaciones y ubicación, desayuno completo, spa y pileta con buena temperatura. Buen lugar para relajarse y descansar, en pareja o con la familia. Bien ubicado, a pocos minutos de la ciudad y del lago.

Me sorprendió el lugar,relación precio calidad esperaba encontrar menos,para nuestra sorpresa nos encantó el lugar, habitación super amplia,limpia,luminosa,cama super cómoda,desayuno con vista increíble,el café de primera calidad y los huevos revueltos también. Las medialunas súper. Agregaría pan casero. La pileta climatizada es un poco pequeña pero estuvo bien para nuestra estadía, cuentan con un spa muy bien puesto y recomiendo súper los mejores masajes de Juana,una mujer encantadora que no solo me saco los ladrillos que tenía en mi espalda sino que realizó una combinación con drenaje en las piernas que después de días de ski y de comer desajustado me vinieron bárbaros. Muy buena profesional. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona hermosa, muy tranquila, a pocos minutos manejando de los puntos turísticos. La habitación, muy espaciosa, tenía un balcón muy amplio con vista al bosquey todas las zonas comunes son comodísimas, al igual que los amenities. Tiene pileta al aire libre y también pileta climatizada. Pero sin dudas lo mejor es la atención y amabilidad del personal. Siempre atentos para darte buenos consejos sobre puntos turísticos (y algunos secretos lugareños que hacen la visita más especial) Además tuvimos una emergencia médica el ultimo día e hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarnos, incluso nos ofrecieron extender el check out para no tener que preocuparnos por nada. Gracias Valetina, Nicolás, Antonela y Camila. No nos vamos a olvidar de su amabilidad y ayuda. Ojalá podamos volver pronto!
