La atención excelente, el lugar maravilloso pero la gastronomía no está a la altura del hotel. El desayuno sí, pero los platos muy básicos y costosos. Mas allá del precio, la porción era pequeña. Comimos una hamburguesa, la cual vino cruda le pedimos que la hicieran otra vez y nos trajeron la misma pero más hecha. También esperamos como 45 minutos la comida.

En un mundo en el que la experiencia es lo que cuenta, este hotel no entendió nada del nuevo paradigma. Una pésima atención al cliente, por lo que pesar de que es un lindo hotel, con lindas vistas y un muy buen servicio de restaurant no lo recomiendo y no volvería a alejarme ahí y en ninguno de la cadena. Deben tener todos la misma mala política. Se rompió un motor de la calefacción una noche y a pesar de reiterados llamados no ofrecieron respuesta, cambio de habitación cuando era imposible dormir con ese ruido. Nunca ofrecieron respuesta. A la mañana siguiente, cuando en la Villa hubo importante nevada los taxis no bajaban a buscarte al hotel que se encuentra 150metros por debajo de la ruta, por lo que como no cuentan con personal capacitado para ayudarte, tuvimos que subir con valijas un camino lleno de nieve y complejo de subir. A nadie le importa ayudarte para que pases una linda estadía, solo uno chico que estaba el viernes por la tarde fue muy amable con nosotros, pero una sola persona no puede hacer la diferencia. Lamentable experiencia, volveremos a la Villa porque es hermosa pero ya miramos otros lugares para hospedarnos y volver a un lugar soñado, en donde entiendan que la experiencia hace la diferencia.

Tenía una reserva en El Faro by DON en Villa La Angostura desde el viernes hasta el lunes, hecha con mucha anticipación para disfrutar en familia con mi hijo de 9 años. Sin embargo, el día anterior a mi llegada, a las 15 hs, me escribieron por WhatsApp para informarme que me derivaban a otro alojamiento por supuestos problemas de calefacción en algunas habitaciones. No me ofrecieron alternativas ni me consultaron: simplemente me enviaron a un hotel boutique spa con solo 10 habitaciones, completamente alejado del perfil familiar que había elegido. Intenté comunicarme por teléfono en reiteradas ocasiones, pero nunca atendieron. Toda la comunicación fue por WhatsApp, con respuestas tardías, trato descortés y una total falta de empatía. Pedí la devolución del dinero para poder buscar otro alojamiento acorde a mis necesidades, pero nuevamente demoraron muchísimo en responder. Aún hoy sigo esperando un comprobante válido de la devolución. Incluso cuando logré comunicarme con la recepción del hotel, la atención fue pésima. Cinthia, quien me atendió, me dijo de muy mala manera que no podía hacer nada y que debía hablar con la central de reservas, que tampoco respondía. Es inaceptable que un hotel que cobra más de 300 USD la noche trate así a sus huéspedes. No solo arruinaron nuestras vacaciones, sino que lo hicieron sin el menor gesto de consideración o responsabilidad.

O El Faro é um hotel que se destaca pela localização e pela beleza de suas vistas. Possui quartos muito grandes e finamente decorados. A equipe que trabalha no hotel tem muita disponibilidade e são muito cordiais. O hotel possui o Spa, com vista para o lago o que torna a experiência ainda melhor.

Increible el hotel, tanto estructuralmente como el servicio. Un sueño! Las habitaciones tienen las mejores vistas, la piscina caliente es genial y sobretodo los chicos del servicio y de limpieza 10 puntos siempre! Subir al faro del hotel es algo único.
