No tiene secador de cabello, lo cual no es NADA logico siendo un lugar tan frio. Tampoco tiene tv el cuarto (no lo detallan en la web). El desayuno bastante malo, 6 galletitas que una vez que se acaban NO REPONEN, hay que pedirle que carguen la leche cuando no queda mas, la atencion es bastante mala, el lunes como "habia poca gente" cerraron el desayuno bufet, te traian lo que pedias a la mesa (sin menu, habia que adivinar que pedir) y encima todo frio, el cafe helado, habia que pedir todo el tiempo que calienten las cosas. Demasiadas cosas a mejorar por el precio, los chicos de recepcion amorosos, pero en el desayuno pesima atencion

It really does not live up to the category it claims to have: a very small room that also did not respect what we asked for. Although they warn you: there is no television (in these times!!). The bathroom has no ventilation, the cleaning is disgraceful (they made the bed but they didn't really sweep or clean it). The dinner was good but they don't describe the product well (they served me a braised bondiola with a sauce almost entirely made of sugar, being a diabetic it caused a big problem for me. The menu does not describe that sauce and the dishes are very expensive compared to other options in the location). I rescue the staff, friendly and helpful but the hotel is not worth what they charge. Next to it there are better options and with the same view. I don't plan to return.

We had a WONDERFUL experience!!! Far away, an excellent hotel where you can spend your holidays. The attention, unique...we felt at home all the time, from the people at the reception, those in the dining room and even the cleaning people, always with very good vibes, super friendly and attentive to our requests. The restaurant's food is delicious!! How about breakfast and bar service? The view from the reception and the rooms, unmatched, a dream landscape!!! Very comfortable rooms. We asked for a triple room. Everything was in perfect condition. They don't have TV in the rooms but you realize that it is not necessary to have one. Perfect WIFI, good speed and zero connection problems. A high point!!! We were surprised by the quality of the hotel restaurant. We had dinner several times, the goulash, braised lamb, trout and chorizo steak were excellent. Very good prices!!!! Excellent quality. Very good desserts too. Very good breakfast! Amazing view but some details missing. For example, the hair dryer did not work, the fridge was empty, incomprehensible. I highlight the friendliness of the staff, and the unbeatable location. Being able to see the lake and myrtle trees from all parts of the hotel is priceless.
