No se le puede hacer crítica negativa alguna. Desde la atención de los empleados, hasta las instalaciones del hotel. Todo maravilloso. Totalmente recomendable y válido el precio pagado. Nos quedó pendiente el circuito por el spa. Volveríamos todos los meses 😅

Sehr schönes und gutes Hotel, allerdings leider mit schlechtem Restaurant. Wären es Ferienwohnungen ohne Frühstück und Abendessen, ich würde ohne weiteres 5 Sonnen vergeben. Aber es ist nunmal ein Hotel - und für argentische Verhältnisse auch ein recht teures. Und da ist die wirklich schwache Leistung sowohl beim Frühstück wie beim Dinner nicht akzeptabel. Deshalb leider nur "befriedigend".

Maravilloso Hotel al borde del Lago Nahuel Huapi, estuvimos seis días, edificio con una arquitectura contemporánea, excelentes habitaciones, vistas maravillosas, espacios comunes como pileta, cine, estar, comedor, costa de lago, bosque con cascada, arboles arrayanes, spa y sobre todo excelente atención de todo el personal, muy buen desayuno y cenas gourmet de gran calidad. Volveremos nos sentimos muy cómodos

What an experience it was and what a hotel. Located in Villa La Angostura, it was ideally located for all that we wanted to do: hike, kayak, sail and explore this region of Patagonia. The hotel was exquisite. It was very intimate, had personalized service and the views were incredible. The room was so comfortable and the view was majestic. The reception staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant staff warm and even remembered our preferred breakfast orders each morning. The dinners were great and there was extensive wine options. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel experience. We weren’t disappointed for one minute!

Stunning setting looking into an amazing lake and mountains. Very well appointed rooms and a great chef which is more than accommodative. Having stayed at several properties in the area over the years, this is by far our preferred one.
