I am in love with this hotel and the staff. I don't know them personally but after staying here a few times I feel the customer service is on point. The breakfast is fabulous. Everyone takes their time to greet you and make you feel comfortable; especially a lady name Regina I believe her name is who always asks how everything is or went.
Super fabulous customer service on every end; cleaning staff, kitchen staff, front desk, etc. I am a happy camper!

The breakfast area is the lobby. There are very few places to sit and it is very crowded with breakfast and check-out. Hotel either needs to give up on breakfast or modify a couple rooms to make a decent breakfast area. Rooms are OK, bathroom is tiny.

Arrive before 3? That costs extra. Arrive for breakfast after 9? You’re late. Tough luck. Those yogurts in the locked fridge? No! You can’t have one because it’s after 9! I told you that! Charming? No. Clean? It’s ok. Come back? We sure won’t! At any price.

We recommend this Best Western if you are visiting the Mountain Winery. Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Good and safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. we enjoyed the breakfast with good options. I would have given 5 stars but the pool could have been bigger and updated.

I had a good impression of this hotel until they failed to deliver water to my sister's room and we received this response from management: " I am thinking you may have experienced an intermittent water shut off due to the tankless hot water system installed this only occurs in a couple of rooms during laundry service hours. please feel free to request a room away from laundry if you stay with us again. " Providing water to a hotel room bathroom is minimum.

This location was beautiful and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very clean and the staff was amazing, friendly, helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy. Rooms were super clean.

Nice clean room in a quiet area. The front staff and cleaning lady were very kind and friendly. There is a restaurant on the side of property, if you do not want your room to smell like garlic, ask for a room that is not close to restaurant.
