Hotel was wonderful. Food in pool bar and restaurant was very good. Everywhere very clean. Lovely heated pool. Staff great. Room had everything we needed. We will definitely go there again.

The moment we check in they were lovely cleaners always cleaning our room was lovely and the pool and the whole place very nice we differently book again loved it so close to things to bars shops and beach taxi out side good hoilday

Great room with a brilliant view of the pool and nature of it. Beds comfy, great kitchen/sitting room area, staff very friendly, pool was outstanding, one of the best ones I have ever been at. Would highly recommend the Tenerife Sur. Very close to the beach and ***** of Los Cristianos and 30 mins away from Las Américas.

Great location, plenty of taxis outside the front. Sunbeds in the morning are ok if you get up around 8am. Then at 11am they release more beds. Restaurant and bars are only a short walk away. Go to the The Vaults if you want a Sunday roast, As for breakfast go to Harriets , just a few mins walk from the hotel

This is a fab hotel, I really don't get why people are leaving bad reviews! Fab little shop on site with everything, Staff are so friendly, apartment was so clean and comfortable, The pool was really nice, We had a 13, 10 and 2 year old with us and they enjoyed every second as did we.

Booked for 5 days. Stayed in a studio apartment. Accommodation was clean. Bottle of water in fridge for arrival which was a nice touch. Close to eating areas and about 15 mins to beach. Our major issue was sunbeds at the pool. Too many apartments and no where near enough sunbeds or the space to put them. Asked lifeguard who kindly offered to get white plastic chairs for us. Asked lady at reception and was basically told (without looking up from her computer screen) not enough beds and better luck tomorrow getting one! We left after 2 days as relaxing by the pool is a big part of a holiday for us. We had asked for an upper floor apartment with a view. We got a lovely view of the swimming pool of a privately owned complex with a beautiful pool area with no one using it. At least we had a laugh about it!

stayed here from 2nd of June for 11 Nights requested pool view when we got there we were given a room facing the road on the second floor below was a skip that was being filled with rubble very early in the mornings deliveries in the surrounding areas start at 7AM every day except Sunday with trucks cars motor bikes passing the hotel which was very loud asked to be moved but never came back to us being a light sleeper i was up from 7AM every day and going to bed early to try and get a couple of hours sleep before the noise started again cleaning was done 10 of the 11 days which was very good we would normaly stay in the Aguamar Apartments which is 100 feet away that all Apartments are facing the pool will be going back again in October but not to this Hotel

I really struggled to enjoy my stay here. Me, my partner and our 1 year old daughter arrived and to our surprise there was no stairs in the complex, I am 6 months pregnant with a toddler and 3 suitcases so as you can imagine this wasn’t ideal. There was no air con, and when i called down to reception to ask if they had a fan, we were charged €10 to get one. No batteries in the remote so i assume they charge you for them too. €23 for wifi for 10 days which didn’t work for the first couple days and didn’t work around the pool or anywhere out of the apartment. My daughter really struggled at night due to how hot it was and the 3 of us were up and down all night. That being said, The pool area was lovely, very clean and plenty of sunbeds. (we stayed in the christian sur apartment side) 3 different pools, a baby pool, 2 large pools one allowing floats and balls and one for nothing which i thought was great. The beds were also very comfortable and the restaurant just downstairs was great, nice food and lovely staff who were great with my daughter.
