Where do I begin with this? First of all reception staff are very nice and friendly can’t fault them but that’s it. Room cards didn’t work so had to go back. When getting in the rooms were unbelievably hot with no air con. The room had cockroaches and when telling reception to be given a spray and be told it’s quite normal I think is terrible. Need to be a early riser for sunbeds people waiting at 6am for the release of sunbeds at 9am if you have a family you have no chance. And to top it off the younger lifeguard out the 2 is an absolute pig of a man shouting at adults and kids like there in a prison camp. Overall can’t wait for this nightmare to be over I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Cupboards were dirty or dusty and left brown marks on clothes. Wouldn’t recommend with young children as not much too do but overall a good stay and would come again.

One of the best complex we’ve stayed in for a three star it was spacious the rooms a little dated but big four pools and life. Guards on everyday friendly bar area. Very good Rooms need air con though as it can get very hot at night good facilities. But for me I was not keen on the area

This was honestly the one and only holiday that has been horrendous for us. I know you get what you pay for but it was almost 3k which isn't peanuts but definitely worth spending more to go somewhere else with a different clientele. In the whole week every single night we didn't get to sleep until 6am and that is with ear plugs bought for us all as the noise was horrific all night, people singing until 6am, loud music, throwing up everywhere, banging on the doors getting the wrong room as so drunk, walls are thin and you can hear everyone's bedroom activities which is just lovely for your children. The people around the pool thought nothing of changing dirty nappies on the sunlounger and you can imagine the smell in the heat. Never experienced such a rough place, I would describe it as Blackpool but with sun. The only positives were our Whales and Dolphin trips, the monkey park and water park. Needed a week off to catch up on sleep as we all felt poorly on return. Avoid at all costs unless you are 18 years old on your first holiday or a stag/hen do which most were.

Great hotel in a lovely location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was spacious with 2 big balconies. The rooms were big enough. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff were great. The waiters were funny and friendly. The staff on reception were fab too. We were able to store our luggage on day of departure and even able to have a shower with clean towels provided. Really nice touch that made a big difference.

Our apartment was clean, spacious, bright and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Fresh towels every second day and the floors all mopped out. The food in the downstairs restaurant was delicious and the pools were very clean and well kept with a lifeguard on duty. There are taxis available outside everyday. There's loads of shops, bars and restaurants around the apartment building so it's very handy. Definitely a 10/10 for HG Cristian Sur Apartments.

What a holiday! Apartment spotless, with view out onto lovely gardens. Food was great, at good prices. Central for everything. Staff were honest as well as pleasant. We checked out yesterday, leaving our 400 duty free cigs in the room. Friends who are staying at the same resort (but different hotel) called & picked them up for us today because the cleaning staff had handed them in. Plenty of sunbeds, with no silly towels on at 6 am, or queues to get to pool area. We are booking again for May & September next year :)

This is the second time at these apartments , both times we stopped in a 2 storey duplex apartment . The apartments are in a brilliant location , close to the beach , bars and restaurants . The complex, apartments and pool area is very clean and gardens are kept very well manicured . Will defiantly be returning in the future .
