Arriving here today disappointed to be met by renovations which i had enquired about after my sister was alerted to by jet 2. I was told there was ongoing maintenance. We are looking at a cement mixer. Asked for pool view which having expressed disappointment we getting in 2 days . The place not good for teens who want to jump in pool no divong even pencil drivong as tiles get wet Its a pool with water what do they expect. We left pool and went to beach. It is dated and i could nt say cleaning up to high standard dust on floors and found debris under chair Very disappointed. Just hope we get moved as currently listening to tv sport which is in communal area. The thing that made my day was lovely shop and bakery onsite lovely breads and lovely staff. If its family funned holiday not the place . Especially round pool no atmosphere . And the lifeguard not letting even pencil dives i found strange for family appts . Thanks

I don’t know how so many people can say these apartments are great! We arrived and had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs as there is no lift! Fine for us , but anyone with mobility issues would have really struggled or couldn’t have done it. Apartment dark and I’m sorry but it wasn’t clean. Shower was really dirty with mould and rust, floor tiles chipped, no air con which is this day and age in Tenerife is ridiculous … the place seriously needs a massive upgrade. The 2nd bedroom was up a spiral staircase and there is no way we would have got a suitcase up those stairs without risking falling. It was so dark up there too. We ended up moving to other accommodation because one of our group had a respiratory condition and couldn’t manage in the heat without air con. Granted they didn’t advertise they had air con or nor lift … but they didn’t make it clear these things weren’t available.

Great apartment complex. Everything is exceptionally clean. Lots of maintenance work is going on, and the grounds are extremely tidy. The pool area was washed every day by the cleaners. Issue with people grabbing sun beds as soon as they where unchained. I even saw people leaving towels on the umbrella to save them. Not the hotel's fault, just people being selfish. The apartment could do with an update but was comfortable and clean. Missing a microwave and air con, but everything else was there. Reception is very responsive to requests. Had an issue with the toaster, and it was replaced straight away. I requested a pool view that they obliged with. The onsite bar had lovely staff and some really good food. The tapas was great, as was the Tbone steak.

Not impressed at all. Having read all the reviews on sun beds I just thought ok I just need to get up early. Well how wrong was I. People were putting towels down at night time. By 11pm at night every single sun bed was taken. We still have another 12 days here and god knows if we will ever get one. The hotel should take them all off the beds if put down at night. It’s ridiculous. The lifeguard comes at 11 and will remove towels if he sees no one is on them for a while. They should invest in some more beds. So many places they could be put. They could easily squeeze in another 30 odd beds. Never have I ever come across a sun bed situation like this.

Frustrating isn’t the word, same people getting up and reserving sunbed standing from 7.15 on a morning it’s a total joke. Then others walking off after they’ve put there towels on for 6 hours please have consideration for people with kids.

Just stayed here, basic rooms but clean... the lifeguard was fantastic with the kids an absolute credit to your apartments. The sandwich shop and bar were top notch. Couldn't fault it really and will be back. We did get sunbeds if we were out for 8.45 when they were unchained. Lifeguards didn't let towels stay on if not in use. Late check out was brill for 35euro

This place is the worst ever Been here for the last 20 years in the school holidays (no kids) and never once had a problem until I came last Thursday where I've witnessed people at 3,30am coming down putting towels on sun beds some family even taking 14 beds why young children can share My job back in England I have to get up at 4am and my god paying all this money out to get up before this time is a piss take people here stay out late at night I don't came for a rest but unfortunately it's a joke

Second time we've stayed here. Lovely apartments. This time we had a pool view balcony and en-suite toilet for the bedroom. The kids (11 and 14) slept in the lounge area on the settee which doubles up as two elevated beds. Kitchen had all you could want and everything worked. Large TV with a few English channels. Nice restaurant on the complex, with decent drinks, cook outs and live sports on the TV's. Pool table on site. Surrounded by plenty of bars and food outlets including a sandwich shop which stocks the essentials (beer and snacks). The breakfasts and meals ,depending on the board, are located a stones throw over the road at the sister complex. We were only breakfast this time as we wanted to explore the abundance of excellent restaurants. Breakfast is simple but always hot and fresh. Live music in the evenings (nothing noisy) . 20 min walk to the sea shore. 10 mins walk to the bus station. A shopping centre is nearby. Two pools on site but sun-loungers can be hard to find after 12pm. Great nights sleep, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Would return for a third time in a heart beat.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout. Clean apartment but badly in need of upgrading and air conditioning would be a massive bonus. Daily housekeeping service. Nice pool (there are 2 but only used one). Bar food and drink very reasonable and food is good. No frills complex.
