This is a lovely hotel. The reception staff are very helpful and very friendly. This is our 4th visit to the H10 Big Sur and it is lovely to get remembered in the restaurant and bar. The hotel is immaculate and the food well-presented and varied. Thank you H10 Big Sur.

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday staying in a top floor room with panoramic balcony and it was without a doubt one of the best trips we have had and all thanks to the hotel. Check in was superb and accompanied by a glass of cava and the room was beautiful with wonderful un interrupted sea views. All of the team at the hotel were outstanding. The buffet breakfast and evening buffet were very good and so much so we did not use the al a carte restaurant. We are vegetarian and never struggled to eat, food was plentiful and fresh. The evening gift in our room was always a super treat to return to and the welcome bottle of cava in our room the first night was such a lovely touch. There was never any issue getting a lounger round the pool and having access directly to the beach front promenade was great.Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel and the bar team were attentive and welcoming and entertainment nightly was great. Blackie the cat brought so many smiles and although he keeps to himself he loved a little pet now and then. I would 100% recommend the hotel and the team there. Fantastic holiday- thank you all.

Casi perfecto, pero tienen que aclarar al llegar que no todo es gratis en la habitación, lo que hay de snacks junto a la cafetera no son gratuitos....SE PAGAN... el buffe no se puede cambiar de cena a almuerzo por que cobran 9€ por persona.( cosa que tampoco avisaron) , aunque hay que decir que hay infinidad de restaurantes en los alrededores. La habitación era genial , los albornoces conquistaron a mis hijas , que ta don mayorcitas. La ubicación era genial y muy tranquilo, las vistas son maravillosas desde la terraza. Limpieza muy bien y buffet , también muy bueno, con una terraza exterior, que es la envidia del que pasaba por debajo en el paseo. En definitiva muy elegante, ahh y cobran a través de la pulsera magnética. Se puede aparcar fácilmente en el exterior e incluso hay plazas en el mismo hotel. ( No como el sufrimiento cuando llegamos a Puerto de la Cruz...hasta 1,5 horas dando vueltas para aparcar...)

Di questo hotel ci è piaciuto proprio tutto. Si trova in un a posizione strategica come base per tutte le escursioni e la zona è molto tranquilla. Le stanze sono ampie, pulite e ben insonorizzate. Il parcheggio é stato molto utile. I pranzi (menù alla carta) e le cene (a buffet) sempre buoni e vari. Lo staff è sempre attento, preciso e pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste. Un grazie in particolare a Juri che con la sua gentilezza, simpatia e consigli, ci ha accompagnato per tutta la vacanza. I servizi offerti sono stati apprezzati (piscina, solarium, palestra, noleggio auto). Ogni sera c’è stata musica dal vivo. C’è una grande attenzione al cliente e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ci torneremo molto volentieri!

Brilliant hotel for food, bar staff, room cleanliness, entertainment. Excellent ocation on the pedestrian promenade opposite a small beach and the harbour. Stunning sea views from our balcony. The only downside was night-time visitors in our bathroom, cockroaches! To be fair to the hotel we were offered a room change but we asked for the bathroom to be treated in the first instance. This worked for one night then they were back again, only ever one at a time but they were big and scary. We decided to stick it out and stay in our room but we mentioned it again to Reception on checking out, so hopefully it will get sorted. We were on the third floor, our end of the hotel was above the kitchens. Our stay was July 2025.

I don’t even know where to start, the whole experience from the beautiful hotel to the amazing staff, the awesome food to the cleanliness of the whole place. Just fantastic. Enjoyed my 10 days (9 nights) there. All the staff are lovely, so polite and so helpful. All the bar staff were doing everything they could to make you feel at home. The evening entertainment was decent each night too. Will honestly be going back at some point. I’ve had some great holidays over the years but this has to have been the best and to top it off the location is very nice too. Right in the middle of Los Cristianos with so much around to do to. I’m not sure if they read this themselves but if they do then here’s is a massive THANKYOU.

From the moment we walked into H10 Big Sur, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. It was a lovely first impression that set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily to a high standard. We had everything we could possibly need—from quality toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and even toothpaste, to thoughtful extras like a plush dressing gown and slippers, which made our stay extra comfortable. The pool area was also impeccably clean and well maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Overall, H10 Big Sur exceeded our expectations. It's clear the staff take great pride in their work and care deeply about guest experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning ourselves!
