Spring Arona Gran Hotel - Adults Only

The music from the near by restaurant was too loud, especially in the evenings. Otherwise everything went very good again. Nice clean peaceful hotel and pool area. Good service Very good breakfast with nice view to the sea. Good gym and activities

My husband and I have had 4 wonderful days here and wish we'd booked for longer. We were upgraded to a suite which was stunning and so clean. We had two balconies, one with tables and chairs and another with sun loungers. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Excellent shower. Nespresso machine, kettle, tea, coffee, pods, sugar, cream, etc. Two televisions, one with Netflix. The dining room was huge and the food fantastic, something for every one. Beautiful reception area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Thank you, we had a fantastic break.

Been to this lovely hotel twice before and just booked to come back again very soon. We love the location with great walks along the seafront, well equipped rooms with great sea views, amazing food with amazing choices and beautiful interior and pool areas.

Hotel was very clean, really big hotel food was decent and a variety of dishes restaurant was clean and staff were excellent. Room was cleaned every day. Only disappointment that we had to complain about other guest in room next to us. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful when arrived as we were hungry told to go get dinner

Loved this hotel the service was amazing nothing was too much trouble.the up upgrade was well worth the money the special area amazing views.the only downside was the saloon at night the service was atrocious and slow but they were having staff issues.

4 of us stayed here for 10 nights ( 2 couples) . We have stayed here before. We returned to this hotel as previously we couldn't find fault, however this time there was a few . We stayed on the ground floor with a pool view , the room was great , large with a large bathroom, bath and walk in shower . The other couple had a smaller room with only a shower over the bath . But a bigger balcony. The pool area at first glance looks clean and you see the beds and floors get hosed daily, but the mattresses need to be physically wiped and moved at least once a week, when you move your sun lounger mattress under neath on the actual beds they are dirty , one morning there was a straw and another morning crisp packets and crumbs under the ones we used . These beds never get cleaned only the mattress gets hosed. You can change your pool towels once a day but sometimes at the end of the day they havnt got any clean ones and if you wait for the following day that's classed as the Chang if the towel so then you can't change it again till the following day. The parasols especially near the outdoor sauna , some are filthy . There's a broken window pane on the sauna . The public toilets are always clean . The staff everywhere in this hotel are very very friendly and make you feel welcome. The rooms are cleaned daily. Now to the restaurant, lots of choice, but unfortunately the standard of the meat is not as good as it used to be unfortunately. The steaks and lamb chops are scrag ends of meat , very poor cuts of meat . Tough and fatty , can't even cut it ! The quality of the meat has definitely gone down which is such a shame . ( a few people around the hotel has said the same) . All 4 of us ate out at other restaurants on a couple of evenings because of the meat situation. There is plenty of fish but only 1 of our group likes fish . The hotel is in a lovely location and the reception area is stunning. Not sure if we would return, we will see !
