Ti La domenica di Pasqua troviamo posto in questo ristorante, dove avremmo già voluto mangiare altre volte. La vista dalla terrazza è incantevole, la giornata magnifica e noi quattro due coppie di amici , siamo davvero contenti. Il menu ci dice che i prezzi sono alti, quindi vi aspettiamo di gustare ottimi piatti. Ci arrivano i piatti, il cameriere sbaglia a portarceli, ma, si sa, è Pasqua. Arrivano finalmente i nostri primi giusti, tutti buoni e curati nella presentazione. Ad un certo punto,il nostro amico si blocca: in fondo al piatto c’è un capello, molto visibile, lungo e nero. Lo dice al cameriere, quello che ci ha accolto e che sembra un responsabile. Lui esclama: “Urca!” e porta via i piatti. Gli chiediamo che lo dica in cucina. Andiamo a pagare e ricordiamo il fatto, pensando di ricevere almeno delle scuse. Il giovane alla cassa chiaramente non ne sa nulla e si limita a dire: “Ma l’avete mangiato!” Siamo increduli. Chiediamo di farci parlare con un responsabile. Nulla Nemmeno un cenno ad assumersi la colpa, figuriamoci a non far pagare il primo. Davvero un fatto vergognoso. Imperdonabile mancanza di professionalità e preparazione. Mai-mai più. 😨

We enjoyed our holiday at Arona Gran. This is the 4th time we have been over 15 years. The food is still if a very high standard, but on some occasions the food was not hot enough. Our room had a lovely view, over the pool. There was only a very small wardrobe in our room which we found not big enough for all our hanging clothes. There was a sharp cracked tile in the bathroom. Entertainment could have been better. Although we enjoyed the piano being played in the bar prior to our evening meal. On some occasions, service was slow in the bar. All in all we enjoyed our holiday and, I am sure, we will at some point come back and stay at Arona Gran

Tres bel hotel, infrastructures impeccables, piscines chauffées, petit dejeuner gargantuesque et animations sympas sans être envahissantes. Bien situé, face à la mer et proche du centre de Los Christianos et Las Americas (10 min à pied)

The Arona Gran is excellent. The staff are amazing. Tedi the fitness/entertainment chap is excellent at his job, he motivates you to do your best and his colleague Jessica is a lovely girl and always on the dancefloor. The restaurant and bar staff are excellent too and also the cleaning staff are faultless. The hotel is amazing, so clean and welcoming. The views are fabulous. The pools clean and tidy, the life guards are always on hand with clean towels. The food is phenomenal and so much of it. Every type of pallet catered for. The evening entertainment is varied and good and there are things laid on during the day, such as bingo, pool aerobics, pilates, yoga, stretch and tone and a quiz. Entertainment around the pool. Piano music in the evenings, a violinist during special evenings, when roses are handed out to the ladies. Bubbly free with breakfast. I could go on and on. Amazing holiday, you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Dit is een super hotel voor koppels die er even uit willen en rusten. De UP heeft zeer vriendelijk personeel en alles is er heel netjes. De barman of vrouw is altijd gelukkig en men helpt je met alles wat je mogelijk zou kunnen zijn. Het eten is het restaurant is gewoon TOP, wie hier zijn keuze niet vindt wel ......

I stayed at the Arona Gran Hotel in Los Cristianos last August as part of a birthday trip with friends. The hotel itself was really well-kept, with a relaxing pool area and very clean facilities. We had bed and breakfast included, which was convenient—but as someone who avoids pork, I noticed straight away there were hardly any halal or inclusive options, which was disappointing. I had to stick to fruit and pastries most mornings, which isn't ideal when you're paying for breakfast. That aside, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when booking local taxis. The location was perfect—close to the beach and just a short drive from the nightlife in Las Americas, which was the main reason for our trip. Overall, the hotel offered a peaceful atmosphere, but more dietary consideration would have made a huge difference.

I agree with most of what’s said. Pools are great. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff are nice. But 2 things for the owners, charging for safes is outdated you should be ashamed of yourselves. Secondly I know you aim at an older clientele but even us oldies will not stand for such poor WIFI in the future. Having to sign back in every time you go in a lift or having too many devices connected is just not acceptable now. Time has moved on! Writing this on mobile data!

We arrived after a very long day travelling from Scotland. I don't think hotels realise all the travelling that is involved when arriving at a hotel. Check-in had a long queue.We got a room on the 4th floor, and the room was nice and quiet.This was our second visit to this hotel, and the hotel is lovely.The restaurant food is good but it is very crowded and it is sometimes difficult leaving your table especially on the Gala nights.The swimming pools are also nice but unfortunately the weather was generally poor whilst we were there.The staff are really nice all over the hotel.I would recommend this hotel as it is of a high standard.
