Ona Los Claveles

We had an amazing holiday here It was a home from home Elvis was so good at his job.He was so attentive to all guests.Stacey n Pete lovely food and cocktails .Reception staff lovely also .We will be back

The good points. On our arrival the receptionist was very polite and helpful, checking in was easy. The apartment ( one Bedroom ) was lovely, nice and clean, plenty of towels and bed linen. The kitchen area was very well equipped, everything you need for a good self catering holiday, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, excellent range of cooking equipment. The lounge was a nice size with sofa bed, chair and table and four chairs, tv that played a reasonable selection of English channels. The balcony was a good size with table and chairs and two sunbeds, lovely if you wanted some private sun time. The pool area was kept lovely and clean, a reasonable amount of sunbeds, shower, toilet's, a nice poolside bar, the people who ran the bar were lovely and very helpful, drinks and food were reasonably priced. Its is quite a hilly place but there is a lift to each floor. The down points When we arrived the hotel was very busy and it was difficult to get a sunbed through towels being laid down and no one being on them for most of the day, some days other hotel guest just picked up there towels without even being by the pool all day. If you hire a car the hotel dose have parking but unfortunately not a great amount of parking spaces. On a different note, although this is not the hotels fault if you book this hotel though Love Holidays there is a false write up on the checkout time, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was as we had a evening flight Love Holidays state the check out time is 20.00 hrs ( 8pm ) but when we checked in the receptionist told us the check out time was actually 10 am. All in all a lovely stay and I would certainly return.
