Environment/Location: The hotel is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and shops, with a 10-15 minute walk to the beachfront and nearby supermarkets. It offers a quiet atmosphere away from main tourist areas while remaining accessible to local amenities.

Well to be honest I don't know here to start,first of all we have been here maybe 7 times about now, its certainly gone down hill. They allow to many young groups that have no respect for anyone but them selves. The food is terrible, I have in the past said the food was good,but I have had my eyes open this time,its cold,not real much choice, same old same old,I did however make a compliant about it and was shocked to hear the guy who works in the dining area took the blame,he didn't cook it, he didnt put the bambaree there,its up the whoever maintains it to make the heat works properly. We went for breakfast one morning there was no fried eggs left so I waited eventually they brought a refill of scramble eggs,which were a bit runny at the bottom so I didnt eat them,just incase it wasnt cooked properly. We had people running across our balcony to the next one,stupid as far as i am concerned. The smell of dope,cigarette ash over balcony, well the list goes on,like I say they want to smoke that stuff or anything else they want to do,do it in your apartment, I dont need it nor does alot of others,theres not rules for one and not others,you say anything and your the one in the wrong, it's up to the hotel to stop all this. The pool was just a joke,balls (not soft ones),floaters,diving in pool,which theres 4 signs say no diving,dive bombing into pool,going in pool at ten at night.You have a clothes horse on your balcony to hang washing but no its looks like widow twankies laundrette. The cleaning in the hotel is fantastic as is most of the staff. More annoyed at going to rep to be told ,its up to us to do something about it,cant inforce the no diving,so what's the point of having the signs there. We were however offered another apartment, so agian that's not the solution like I told him the problem is still there,did ask to get a flight home,but would cost us,shocking service all round,it seems like no one wants to do anything because your not there long enough,pass the buck,see who gets sick first ,also supposed to be security, so I am told ! Just as well you have the ***** opposite as there the most friendly people you could meet,also paid for half board,but had to eat out,so agian plenty places to eat.

We stayed for 3 nights. We had researched and knew there was no air con, only ceiling fans, but thought for 3 nights we could live without. Our main aims for this trip was location and price - and you get what you pay for. Room is basic, but clean. Everything worked. Quite small (1 bed apt) so would say max of 3 people due to lack of storage and the fact that with no air con, more people = more heat! TV is small but got English channels, however didn’t really have it on as spent more time out than in. Pool and pool area feels very small for the number of apartments, would hate to imagine how busy it would be in July / August. Have to rent cushions for the loungers and umbrellas (€3 p/cushion / €3.5 p/umbrella) which would be annoying if staying for a week or 2. We didn’t use the WiFi as have good mobile contracts which worked out cheaper. Again, would be different if staying for longer. All Staff we encountered were super helpful - we had an issue with the lock for our room when coming back one evening at midnight - night porter got us in and arranged for the problem to be sorted the next morning without us needing to ask. One staff exception - the so called ‘lifeguard’ spends his entire time in the little hut so would not want to have to rely on him to do anything to actually keep people safe around the pool. Didn’t eat dinner in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Drinks seemed a bit more expensive than bars / restaurants nearby as you’d expect. There is a Chinese supermarket opposite so we popped over there for drinks as was a 2 minute walk. There is a dialprix in the Pasarela centre round the corner if you want to do a bigger shop. All in all it was fine for what we wanted, however we did do our research so know the shortfalls beforehand. You get what you pay for so if you want a better experience, pay more and go somewhere else.
