Good hotel.

The hotel itself had no problems whatsoever. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of the service. When we arrived, we were really jet lagged and tired as we arrived at 2am. What we expected was a smooth pass through check in and then we were done. When we were booking the hotel we did want it to be refundable but for some reason it wouldn't let me pass through with refundable only with 5 people so we booked the 5 people room under 2 people. Note it was the exact same price for the non refundable option on our attempt to book with 2 people and 5 people. We figured that because the price of the room was the same when we were booking for 2 and 5, it would be the same for the refundable option aswell. Booking for 2 people was a mistake on our side. After booking, we did email them to let them know. I would say we emailed them about 27 times. We got a reply of how much the fee would be after we left the hotel. We also attempted calling them every day for 2 weeks straight but we got no answer. When we arrived , they told us we would have to pay a 438 euro fee. This differs from what it said the fee would be during booking and what we ended up paying. We said we wouldn't pay that much and then after a few clicks in their computer, the price magically changed 123 euro. Not only the fact that we almost got scammed, but we were given our keys and they stopped working one day before we left. The fact that we had cleaners every three days was great but one problem was that breakfast starts at 8 and ends at 10. We were waking up at 9:30 everyday, and couldn't get their on time. It also costs 12 per adult per day and 6 per Child per day. That came to 210euro for our stay, for just breakfast. It is easier to make your own breakfast from the supermarket opposite the hotel reception, and it is really cheap. The hotel itself was lovely. Our view was great ;the rooms were clean and the pool was nice. Except for the fact that it was a leg workout to even get into our room, totally worth the money if we didn't have to pay a fee

Just a woeful experience. Apart from the lovely snack bar staff there's nothing good here. Musty old dated room, no air conditioning and in need of dire upgrades. Only one visit by a maid in 7 days. There are far better places than this to stay. Also charged me extra for each night for a 'pool view' couldn't even see the pool for the overgrown bushes (photo). We were here for a special birthday (ignored) basically, it was just a big letdown. Stayed at Hollywood Mirage last year and loved it. Never to return to this place and maybe have a word with some of your front desk staff who clearly hate dealing with YOUR guests! Unwelcoming, and totally indifferent to guests compared to most other places we've stayed in LC.
