Brindan un pésimo, se tardan demasiado en servir la comida, en el menú hay productos que no están disponibles como por ejemplo: no había cóctel de conchas, no había frozen de fresa, no había crepas, el lugar estaba sucio, el crispy chicken sándwich estaba insípido: el pan era viejo y el pollo no tenía sabor, los cocineros son prepotentes y el servicio de los meseros excelente.

Bonito para pasar un rato, para bañar en la playa como que no se puede hay mucha piedra. Las piscinas están bonitas, solo que mucha gente elgunos dias. Las habitaciones normales no hay agua caliente ni jabon

Accueil de très mauvaise qualité. Papiers d'identité confisqués par le serveur le temps du repas jusqu'au règlement du repas. Douche froide et absence de wifi. Contrôles incessants. Aucune confiance. Restaurant très cher

Comida es buena, playa Bonita, pero mal servicio… cuando uno va a comer con la familia es para comer juntos… no para comer separado, la comida la traeron separada… también ay personas que pasan molestando vendiendo cuartos. Los precios son poco altos para lo que ofrecen, los meseros tampoco no saben lo que tienen o lo que no tienen, pedimos algo y nos traeron otra cosa similar sin decirnos. Tiene potencial este lugar, pero con mejor servicio y entrenar los meseros bien.. y quitar las personas vendiendo cuartos.

Tuve mas espectativa del lugar pero deja mucho a desear. No lo recomiendo para nada. Viaje un dia de familia con mi esposo e hijos. A media mañana nos pidio un representante del lugar 10 minutos de nuestro tiempo para ofrecer sus servicios de membresias y paquetes vacacionales. Fueron sin mentir esos 10 mins 3 horas de larga charla invasiva e insistente de venta que no aceptan un no por respuesta. Mis niños querian bañarse, comer, estaban aburridos. Luego a la hora del almuerzo volvieron a intervenirnos y luego hasta en la playa y en la piscina. Un hostigamiento espantoso. Mi queja es que pagamos casi $100 de 8 am a 4 pm por el grupo familiar y ni por estar pagando me quitaron parte de mi dia y la tranquilidad de mi familia. Los deberian de aguantar los que les regalan la estadia. Pero yo pague por algo que despecion obtuve incomodidad. Salimos desepcionados de nuestro dia de vacaciones.

The room was clean, only The bathroom smell bad, no soap or shampoo, nice place to hang out for the day, The service excelente and friendly people. The pool área it's nice, and the food good. Like the breakfast

21 de agosto del 2023. Encontre precios mas altos y diferentes a los que se Anunciaba por internet, las habitaciones deberian mejorar, en la zona de la piscina me senti incomoda por que insistian en venderme membresia y me hicieron un par de preguntas muy personales que considero de mala educacion. Habia llegado a descansar y a relajarme en la piscina mas no a que me acosen vendiendome membresias y que se me hicieran preguntas muy personales. En el restaurante hay animales domesticos y observe un lindo gato arriba de la mesa de el restaurante y al retirarme observe la pesadez con el trato hacia otra persona de una de las empleadas que atiende el cobro de la estancia. No Creo Regresar. Me quede solo 17 horas.
