Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price My family and I traveled three hours for what we hoped would be a relaxing trip, but it unfortunately turned into a nightmare by the end. From the moment we checked in, we noticed the front desk staff and lobby area team were not helpful or welcoming. The rental price was already steep, which in hindsight should’ve been a red flag. On top of that, we were constantly harassed by two individuals trying to sell us a membership. It made the experience incredibly uncomfortable. We were not properly informed about what was included in our meal plan, and had to repeat our orders to the waitstaff multiple times. Communication was poor and felt dishonest from the beginning. We were told we’d receive three meals a day, but it felt like we ended up paying for them separately. The only redeeming quality of this place was the beach area, which was beautiful. However, for the amount we paid, we could have gone somewhere much better with better service. To management: If you can’t properly train or correct your staff or even show basic care for customer satisfaction, this business should not be operating. I do not recommend this place.

I really enjoyed this place. The property is clean and well maintained. All staff are really helpful and respectful. Loved the staff at the restaurant. I was not impressed with the food, though! I would dare to say terrible food! Don't try the flan, please!

Relaxing stay

A great property that is aging gracefully- sort of. The pool area and restaurant Is nice with good food and drinks. Bed is mostly comfortable, but to each their own.
