Front Desk - Average, they are cool and get their job done, but make me feel that I may have ruined their day (; Bell Desk - Good, much better experience and they are friendly Cleanliness - Good Shower - Excellent, great and consistent hot water pressure Room - Poor Non-stop water pipe running noise from the air-conditioning. Non stop blinking message light on the phone. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10:15 to rush you to check out (check out time 11:00am) Security - Poor. Non hotel guest was allowed to trespass in the lobby and guest lift. Will I stay here again - Probably, for price and location.

The suite is nice, with two bathrooms and a living room with plenty of space. The living room has a sofa bed, the sideboard has a sink, the bathroom in the bedroom has double basins, and the shower room has plenty of space. It is very suitable for families with children. Parking is free at valet parking, which is rare and highly recommended. The location is southeast, so it is very convenient to drive anywhere, suitable for groups with cars and family travel.

Those who are looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond, The Peninsula Beverly Hills is the perfect choice. From the minute we walked into the door, the hotel was 5-star in every single aspect. The rooms are beautiful and handy, from the digital tablet that controls all the settings for your room, the printer under the desk, the radio and television, to the continually replenished plate of fresh tangerines on the table, the floral curtain design, and the unique monogrammed pillows that you get to keep. They are spacious and light, thanks to their floor to ceiling windows. The location is convenient, walking distance to Rodeo Dr and other main streets and shops in Beverly Hills. Not to mention that the hotel offers free drop-offs within Beverly Hills, in either their iconic Rolls-Royce Phantom, Cadillacs or BMW limousines, a fantastic way of getting around! The rooftop area is ideal, and you mustn’t miss out on visiting it during your stay. Due to the size of the hotel, it being smaller than the others in Beverly Hills, The Peninsula feels more exclusive, is less busy and it enables the staff to pay more attention to individual guests. The pool, rooftop, gym and spa are all top-notch facilities. The staff are excellent, the building is beautiful, clean and well maintained, the food at breakfast is all one can ask for and the garden and lobby are full of divine, fragrant flowers. Of all the places to stay in central Beverly Hills, nothing comes close to The Peninsula standard, the epitome of luxury. I have written about this hotel chain various time before and I will continue to do so only because they are the Best Hotel Chain. I look at them as a business partner because of them taking care of me I’m able to do what I need to with my clientele and that to me is worth more than anything else. In business you are only as good as you are able to keep your clients happy and Hilton makes it super easy for me to keep my clients very happy. Stayed here before and it seems to have gotten a bit rougher around the edges. Not really up to date. Could do with a deep clean and new paint. I arrived late at night and there was no more parking available in the garage. So I had to exit the garage and the security guard instructed me to park in front of the restaurant, which is not all that secure. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Roon itself was OK. Everything was there, just not very new. TV channels were limited and WiFI spotty (but did eventually work). If assigned a room at the back, don't expect any views, just that of the freeway off and on ramps.

The K mattress & pillows were very comfortable. The room was very spacious & quiet. Cynthia from front desk was very accommodating for my request & had a great stay. The staff were friendly, courteous & efficient. The gated covered parking came in handy for the storm & I appreciate they have 3 well functioning luggage carts for guest use. Gateway Towne Center is within walking, 1 block to Best Buy, Marshalls, etc.

It's a 10-minute walk to Santa Monica Beach.But there's a lot of homelessness on the road. I can't get around late at night. The hotel staff is very good. The man wearing glasses is a little cynical when checking in. The room I reserved was the smallest and the lighting was very dark. Keep that in mind.

This is a very pleasant hotel in the heart of Whittier. We were in town for a wedding and our host suggested this hotel. I'd never been to Whittier and was pleasantly surprised - it's in a very charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and a movie theater within a short walk. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and our room was good - spacious with a comfy bed, bathroom was fine, good sized mini fridge. The tub seemed like it had sunk a little and water was pooling but otherwise it was fine. Nice patio with a pool and hot tub. There's a bar in the lobby but we didn't take advantage, as there's a good liquor store across the street and some fun places just up on Greenleaf. No free breakfast or even decent lobby coffee but there are multiple good options nearby for breakfast including a bakery across the street and the fast food restaurant across another street. There's also a farmers market on Fridays not far away. I don't know if we'll ever be back in the area but I definitely would stay again.

This hotel was soo beautiful from the outside in. The rooms were really plush and art deco. Wish I could have stayed longer because I really loved the rooms. The bathroom, omg was out of this world along with the fabulous body care products. And the water is so soft in LA, we thought it was the soap. The price point was reasonable as well. We didn't try the restaurant this time, didn't really see anything on the menu that stiffs or to us.

We had a great stay. Our room (305) was very large and the large bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms have been refurbished since our last stay in 2019 and are greatly improved. The closet area provided ample storage and the shower room was large. We appreciated the space and amenities including hairdryer, iron and board, fridge and coffee maker. The TV area also has great storage and there was a large selection of channels. The only drawback to the room was the air conditioning noise so I used silicone ear plugs to sleep. We didn’t use many of the facilities except the gymnasium - regrettably the 2 running machines were both out of service. The pool is very small and could be noisy if your room overlooks. There are plenty of parking spaces and the location is excellent, very handy for The Calabasas Commons (a beautiful, landscaped area with a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants and stores), Malibu beaches (30 mins drive) and 405 highway. The housekeeping staff did a great job and always said hello in the corridors which was really nice. The complimentary, individually wrapped cookies at the lobby were delicious and a very welcoming touch. I have had great stays in this hotel and would unreservedly recommend to friends.
