$110/night extra no matter what So overall nice hotel well kept,great location next to a highway, pool is nice&clean,busy, rooms are spacious,bathroom has sliding door so basically ZERO privacy if you sharing a room, hotel staff is polite.NOW the craziest part…$55+10% tax+tip for valet and we ALL must rent in order to get around LA,$30+tax resort fee for wifi and you can have $15 from it towards Food&Bever,rmrb $7 for tiny bottle of water plus tip plus tax (outrageous or buy at a store 5.5L water for $4.99) and honestly wifi doesn’t cost $15 daily my phone has unltd data @$40/month. ANYWAYS there’s more-$10 cleaning fee that goes directly towards cleaning staff, we don’t get our room cleaned daily may be every 3rd day,still pay daily. Overall $110+/daily on top of your nightly hotel rate. To be honest AirBnB is the way to go or just diff property overall.

Lovely staff, great location, hotel was good overall. Restaurant / bar area by entrance a bit cramped, and staff forgot our order, and morning breakfast conveyor belt-ish. Otherwise enjoyed my stay and would recommend. Near to universal, by taxi, and short walk to Hollywood boulevard

I needed to go to the courthouse for family matters and the Bonaventure is so close and is just an amazing and lovely place to stay. Everything you need is at your fingertips and it’s a joy to just hang out in the lobby. Also, all the staff that I had interactions with were so helpful and friendly (so rare to find these days!)

Everything was great so I was staying another night and I was told okay but when I went to desk I was told no! Manager was very dry and ugly personality in my opinion!

The service wasn’t really up to the standards of such a wonderful, high end hotel. We even upgraded our room day of. They ruined our custom cake in transport from the valet to our room, despite the fact we gave them very detailed instructions. They reassured us that they’d be right up. I had to call twice to get them to bring us our luggage (and the cake) and by then a hour had gone by, and the custom decorations had melted off the cake ruining it. There was a lot of confusion on how they would make it up to us as I had to talk to three different people on the day and the day after who all told me different things. In the end, since they didn’t send us a dessert to make up for the cake they ruined and the champagne they promised was instead $150 off at the bar — thank god I called to ask where the wine was otherwise I wouldn’t have known I had the credit and would not have used it. Eventually they comped us the valet, upgrade and what they say was an extra drink we got at the bar that went over the $150 (impossible, we all made sure the math lined up) but the communication was a struggle and I did not felt appreciated as a customer.

Although this hotel seems luxurious from the photos - and I have stayed in many Conrads which are, it just wasn’t. It felt small and crammed in. The room was very basic and the shower wasn’t powerful. It seemed like the room was only good for photo’s but seemed cheap in reality. The rooms were not soundproofed and we heard a couple arguing one night for a while. The sirens from skid row were constant (skid row is only one street away). The breakfast was nice although it arrived cold on both occasions we had it and had to be re-made. This is disappointing as it is a’la carte! In all honesty, would not stay here again.

Although the purpose was a business trip, I had a better experience than traveling thanks to the comfortable stay. Located in the center of downtown, it is convenient to move around, and the night view of downtown from the room is especially a view not to be missed. It's a shame that I didn't use the swimming pool because it was still cold, so I'll have to visit one more time.

The hotel is located in the downtown area. The lobby on the first floor is very lively and the security seems a little poor. There are many restaurants around and it is convenient to travel. The room is relatively large and you can see the Lakers home court.

The overall service is good. The hotel has an agreement with the rental company. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the airport. The location is also convenient. It's very close to the city center and Hollywood. You can take a taxi or Uber. It's very close to China Town and has a variety of cuisines from all over the world. recommend!

The hotel was mainly for golf. The location is really convenient. Just a few steps across the road. The facilities are relatively new. The room is relatively large. The breakfast dishes are relatively rich. The overall stay experience is good.
