Generally speaking, there were no major problems. We checked in at 9pm without queuing. The room was clean and tidy without any obvious problems. The room was also quite large, the air conditioning was powerful, and the hotel staff were also friendly. However, the front desk gave us the lowest floor, the 3rd floor, which was close to the cooling tower. The Ctrip Platinum Card seemed to be useless. Since we only stayed for one night, we did not ask to change rooms. Secondly, the hotel bus took a long time to wait, about 20-30 minutes, but the driver was quite enthusiastic and helped to take the luggage first. I also paid enthusiastically, and both sides were happy.
