My girlfriend and I decided to stay here for the first time to help celebrate her birthday, and both of us had a truly amazing experience! The whole vibe of the hotel is awesome. Very quaint and artistic. The rooftop pool area was great just chill and relax by, both day and night. And our room was super comfortable, with unique touches throughout (same going for the hotel itself). Troy, the Director of Sales, really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was as wonderful as we'd hoped it would be. So thank you, Troy! You and the rest of the Petit Ermitage crew really went above and beyond. We can't wait to be back!

I rarely write reviews but I have to tell you that I had a terrible service during check in. The guy who was working at the front desk said that he could not find my reservation and then he said it was canceled. I got panicked and told him that it could never happen cause I have never cancelled the reservation and it is still on my Trip.com app, so it must be your fault (I meant hotel) if it was ever canceled. But he bluntly said that he didn't cancel it and told me to figure it out as if it was my fault. I asked him to talk to someone or check again cause it looked like a system error or something to me, but he told me to go somewhere else cause he needs to greet other customer. I was so scared because it was already after 9PM and I had nowhere else to stay. So I called Trip.com customer center, and the agent was nice and prompt to tackle the issue. In the end, she explained that Trip.com used a vendor to make a booking for the hotel, and the hotel did not know that so they could not pull up my reservation until they got another code. But I think it was partially Trip.com's fault by only sending the reservation code that did not work properly.
JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE

The hotel is located in the downtown area. The lobby on the first floor is very lively and the security seems a little poor. There are many restaurants around and it is convenient to travel. The room is relatively large and you can see the Lakers home court.

A bit noisy day and night There is only fast food nearby. They don't even deliver Chinese food for takeout~ (out of range) The suite I booked has a living room with a large enough area The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also good. It tastes much better than the fast food around Except it is a bit noisy~I am very satisfied with the hotel experience!

The location is good, the surrounding area is quiet and safe, and the room facilities are well equipped. It is pleasant to take a walk around in the morning. There is a breakfast restaurant Urth not far away, with a very rich menu, which is worth recommending
