In order to take the train the next day, I chose the DT hotel. The room is not big, but it is clean and tidy, with good sound insulation. The bed is soft and hard, and I slept very comfortably. The dry and wet are separated, and the toilet and shower are also separated, which is very convenient. However, there is no door in the bathroom, so it is still a bit inconvenient for mothers to bring boys. A deposit of 125 was collected for one night. The hotel welcome letter stated that 18 US dollars needed to be spent on food and water. Very bad. Very disappointing stay. We originally booked for one night on July 17th, and renewed for one night on July 18th after check-in. Around 9:30am on July 18th, the staff used the room card to open the door and enter the room without knocking, asking, and when we were awake and in the room, which seriously violated our privacy and sense of security. We had 1 and a half hours before check-out, and did not request cleaning, and entered the room without any legitimate reason. After reporting to the front desk, the other party was only willing to refund the $40 destination fee and refused to admit that it was a safety issue. The hotel manager had a bad attitude, repeatedly shirked responsibility, and even turned around and accused us of not hanging a "Do Not Disturb" sign.
As an international chain brand, this handling is shocking. We are extremely disappointed with the hotel's privacy protection and customer service, and do not recommend staying.
