It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Universal Studios. The owner is very nice and cleans every day. One day we left a $2 or $5 tip on the bed, but he refused. It is very clean. The front desk provides simple breakfast, hot water, and coffee. If you are tired, you can buy instant noodles next door to eat. There are gas stations, Chinese restaurants, convenience stores nearby, and the breakfast at the coffee shop next to the gym is super delicious. It is a warm and clean motel. The heater is old-fashioned and noisy indoors.

Booked this hotel to be close to Universal Studios. The room facilities are average, but it doesn't matter if you are close to Universal Studios. If you care about the environment, book this hotel carefully.
