Good location and a nice rooftop bar. The hotel seems a little old style-wise and could use some updating.

I loved this hotel it was so cool and eclectic and the highlight of my time in LA! My room was spacious and the bed was so nice to sleep on. The food and drinks here were also amazing if you don’t want to venture outside the hotel. My favorite part by far of staying here was Miles at the front desk! He went way above and beyond and I wish he could be at the very hotel I stayed at!! 😊

One not so happy review will not hurt this place, so why not be honest. The location is perfect. The staff is friendly enough. The rooftop has great views. The rooms are too dark and worn out, the windows suffer from poor noise protection. Noise protection actually is a problem here. But what you should really know is that this is less of a hotel but a concept venue with rooms and beds included. This means, especially on weekends, the house is full of party people and other visitors who are not even hotel guests. On Fridays, there is a massive party in the house, attracting dozens of wild in-crowd. For today, Saturday, I heard there will a DJ event be on. Long story short: If you are looking for a nice place to sleep after a long, hot day of sightseeing, book another place. If you are not really interested in relaxing, the Petit Ermitage might be perfect for you.

My girlfriend and I decided to stay here for the first time to help celebrate her birthday, and both of us had a truly amazing experience! The whole vibe of the hotel is awesome. Very quaint and artistic. The rooftop pool area was great just chill and relax by, both day and night. And our room was super comfortable, with unique touches throughout (same going for the hotel itself). Troy, the Director of Sales, really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was as wonderful as we'd hoped it would be. So thank you, Troy! You and the rest of the Petit Ermitage crew really went above and beyond. We can't wait to be back!

I have stayed at Petit many times and keep coming back. It has changed a bit over the years as more people have discovered its unique charm. The boutique feel exudes a Parisian feel and that's what makes it completely different and refreshing vs. nearly every hotel property in LA area. The rooftop is great both during the day and night and it's limited to hotel guests. Food and beverage selections are fantastic and never boring. The rooms are more the bohemian type and so they may not be everyone's taste but I think it works perfectly for the guest experience. As for service, they really are 5 star and that starts with Troy! He is the consummate professional and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. Of course , the best review is when you say you will be coming back and Petit can definitely count on me coming back again very soon!

My stay at Petit was magical. From the great accommodations to the amazing food, staff and setting. Petit goes out of their way to make your stay pleasurable. I really love the morning firedeck yoga, it’s a great way to get the day started. The breakfast menu is impeccable, I highly recommend the smoked salmon omelette.
