Transportation access is very good. You can use either the Civic Center/Grand Park on the B/D line or the Historic Broadway on the A/E line (the distances are about the same).
The facilities are a little old-fashioned, but they were clean and fine. I was a little surprised that the room was right when I opened the entrance door (usually there is a hallway-like structure with a unit bath next to it).
I'm not sure if it was the structure of the room, but I was bothered by the fact that the floor of the room was generally tilted, and I almost fell over. Maybe it was because I was in a room on the edge.
