The accommodation's convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great facilities, such as hot tub, pool, and jacuzzi, receive consistent praise from guests. The cleanliness of the rooms also stands out.

Do not stay in this hotel!!! Yes the location is good for universal but honestly stay anywhere else. The rooms are filthy! The carpet floor was so bad we all had to wear shoes at all times. The decor is so outdated, dirty and damaged that I actually felt dirtier coming out of the shower. We have stayed in many motels across the west coast and I have to say that without a doubt this is by far the most run down, dirtiest and oldest property we stayed in and the price does not match the accommodation! It doesn’t help that there is work going on at the moment which wakes you up early and there’s a strange smell across the entire hotel, I had to constantly spray perfume. But worse of all were the ants. There was constant ants in the bathroom and bedroom. If we had another option we would have taken it however as it was the end of our holiday and we couldn’t afford to go to another property we just had to make do but please if you have other options go with it and do not give this place your money until they have upgraded it and employed staff that know how to clean.
