The Westin Los Angeles Airport

The room type and hotel facilities are good, and there is ice making. Some people say that only one bottle of drinking water is provided. In fact, there is drinking water including sparkling in the inner room on the left side of the front desk. The disadvantage is that the room phone is just a decoration, the decoration design is a bit old, and there is some noise on the side facing the airport. By the way, it is close to the car rental and there are many fast food around...

房間非常寬敞舒適，噪音也很低，雖然離機場近，但幾乎不受影響，而且免費接送機，值得入住，就是停車費太貴了

Avoid this hotel. Checked out at 11 o'clock, and was charged 450 for being more than ten minutes late. I booked a room with breakfast for 1750, which was 300 more expensive than without breakfast. However, I was told that I could only order within 20 dollars, and I would have to pay extra for the amount over 20 dollars. It was rubbish. I am the first one to give a bad review to this rubbish hotel and Ctrip!

位置方便 一樓餐廳不錯 酒店相對還是比較新的 有班車接送去機場很方便 離租車的地方很近就住這裏了 設施還比較完善

離機場不遠又有機場小巴士接送，酒店是蠻新的，但是給我的房間有點吵！

It has been a month since we traveled to the United States. The Westin Los Angeles Airport Hotel is the best hotel among the several hotels we have stayed in. Although the price is the same, the star standard and actual hotel experience of the Westin are obviously the best. This is reflected in the price, size, newness, facilities, services and other aspects of the room. It is worth mentioning that we forgot our mobile phone on the hotel shuttle bus on the way to the airport. When we got off the bus, we found that the shuttle bus had left. In the chaos, we called the mobile phone. A passenger on the bus answered the call and promised to give the phone to the driver to take back to the hotel. The Westin Hotel's shuttle bus every 15-20 minutes gave us hope of retrieving it. After 20 minutes, we successfully retrieved the phone. Thank you, driver of bus No. 60, for taking me back to the hotel and contacting the driver who brought back the phone. Thank you, driver of bus No. 42, for taking the phone back and handing it to the front desk in time, so that I could get the phone after the next bus back to the hotel and board the return flight in time. Thank you to the customer service staff at the door, by the door and at the front desk. I was impressed by your friendliness and professionalism in the process. I would like to especially thank the gentleman who found the phone and the four beautiful ladies who witnessed the past and present of the phone as I can see from the photos. Although I don’t know which country or nationality you are from, your excellent qualities will be remembered in our hearts forever along with the photos.
