The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, and most importantly, Ctrip's customer service was very helpful. I chose the wrong room type when placing the order, and the customer service immediately helped coordinate a room change!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! 🤬 First, the shower head in the bathing area is broken and cannot be moved up and down, making it very inconvenient to take a shower. Second, the bed is not facing the TV. Third, the light strip under the bed is broken We communicated with the front desk staff to request a room change, but they were all fully booked and there were no vacancies. Even when we inquired in the morning, they still said there were no vacancies, but we could still book rooms on the website. One of the front desk staff said that we could change rooms the day after tomorrow, but when we went downstairs that morning, the front desk staff again said there were no vacancies. It was not until we communicated that they helped us change rooms, but this time the room was even worse! The window is directly facing the exhaust vent of the restaurant, and the whole room is filled with the smell of food fumes! You can't stay there at all! After communicating with the front desk, I was not able to change rooms or even check out! The experience is very bad! Don't stay here!

It was especially bad, there were garbage trucks at 3am and 4am, the huge roar was driving people crazy. Not recommended. Very poor soundproofing in the room

The hotel facilities are good and the location in DT is beyond expectations

This hotel is horrible! It's very unsafe! The staff will swipe their card to open the door when you are resting! It's horrible! We were supposed to check in after 14:00, but the Indian female front desk arranged for us to stay on the second floor. I thought it was a bit strange at the time. There should be a staff lounge on that floor. We suddenly felt sleepy and wanted to sleep for a while, so we didn't go out! Then one of their male staff swiped his card to enter our room at around 18:00! He left immediately after seeing us resting. We were awakened! We asked the Indian female front desk and she said that she came to clean the wrong room. Is there a male cleaner? And is there a cleaner at 18:00? Later, when we complained to Ctrip, she changed her words and said that she gave us the wrong room! Anyone who has stayed in an overseas hotel knows why. Just search and you will know! We were staying for three or four days and had arranged a city itinerary. We were very tired from the journey. After we complained to Ctrip, Ctrip gave us very good after-sales service and response speed. The hotel said that the $87 California tax was waived and changed to a high-floor room and guaranteed that such a thing would not happen again. I thought that I would continue to stay because I didn’t want to go through all the trouble when traveling. But after returning home, I found that the $87 was not refunded to us! Then I asked Ctrip customer service to communicate with the hotel. They said that there was no such thing and they refused to refund. It was simply a rogue hotel! I am a Hilton member and have stayed at Hilton hotels in many places! But the part-time staff of this hotel is extremely bad! It brings shame to Hilton! I advise everyone to pay attention! (In the end, Ctrip compensated me $87! The after-sales staff of Ctrip did a good job! They kept their promises!)
