The hotel provides slippers. It is the only hotel in the US that does not require you to ask the front desk for them in the room. However, there is no free drinking water. Members are only provided with two small bottles... the very small kind... Platinum members get a $70 breakfast, which is à la carte and tastes OK. The 20% tip is directly added to the bill. I forgot my Apple charger and cable in the bedside socket and found it after I left the hotel. I called the hotel but got nothing. The same thing happened with Ctrip. I am grateful that Ctrip paid for it, but I still feel that the hotel is still indifferent to the problems of Chinese guests... Because the hotels on the next trip have all verified it, I have to complain seriously, otherwise it really feels that the platinum content of Chinese people is not that high here.
