Very bad service, they didn't clean when we were there, there was food and the only thing they gave was cereal with milk, there was no sugar, no cutlery, no napkins, very bad smell

We booked for 2 nights and the first night we asked the receptionist if it was possible to for a reimbursement we found cucarachas in the bathroom and one in the bed. My kids were crying because they didn’t want to sleep in the room. I asked to speak with the manager and the receptionist said she is not going to be here for the next day or so. We ended booking another hotel

Blame me, really blame me, I didn't look at the rating carefully and it was only 2 points, the worst accommodation experience ever.
The appearance looks old and small, I thought it was a COZY family hotel, but the whole room was filled with a foul smell from check-in to check-out, the kind of foreign body odor, nothing, even a hair dryer had to be borrowed from the front desk.
There were no toothbrushes, slippers, or cups.
When we checked out, they stored 2 pieces of luggage and charged us 20 dollars.
At first, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. The hotel had no elevator. After we worked hard to move the luggage up, we found that the guest room was still being cleaned, so we were given a room on the 1st floor. Why couldn't they confirm the room's preparation at the beginning?
And I was quite happy that the hotel included breakfast until I saw the breakfast, haha, it didn't matter if I didn't eat it.
In short, I booked this hotel hastily without looking at the rating carefully. At this price, it's nearly 1,000 yuan a night. I might as well pay more and stay in a decent one.

You pay what you get, so don’t expect much. They’re a budget hotel so they make extra services such as early check in, late check out for $25 each. The room has a strange layout, with the sink in the bedroom, right beside the beds, the heater took a long long time to warm up the room and was noisy, but the staff was so friendly to us that she gave us extra blankets!
