The worst Sofitel I have ever stayed in 1. Random charges. After paying the room fee on Ctrip, I received the hotel's deduction information one after another. I contacted Ctrip but no reply either. At the beginning of the reservation, Ctrip prompted that only a 96 US dollar environment fee was charged. After self-inspection, the hotel found that 400 US dollars were charged more, but the refund needs to be applied for by yourself and approved by the hotel. Ctrip and this hotel are obviously not cooperating. 2. The service is extremely poor. No one helps to take the luggage from home to the hotel entrance. 3. Parking is ridiculously expensive. The hotel parking lot must be parked by staff, and you cannot park by yourself. 71 US dollars per day. I asked the staff if there is a parking lot nearby, and they said that if you are not afraid of being smashed, you can park outside. In fact, the shopping mall opposite only costs 18 US dollars per day. 4. Every staff member has a stinky face and tries every means to get a tip. 5. The hotel does not provide bottled water and slippers. The facilities in the room are very old. 6. The surrounding shopping malls are useless and there are no shops. There are no restaurants nearby, so the choices are very limited.
