The hotel does not provide free drinking water, but will give you an aluminum environmentally friendly water bottle to fill with water at the staircase. This time I was given a room at the innermost part of the 9th floor, which was very inconvenient. The hotel lobby was still under renovation and I did not feel the high-end feeling of the hotel. When I checked out, there was a very enthusiastic concierge (rarely encountered). He was not young and insisted on helping with the luggage. We were very embarrassed to let the elderly do it. Although we gave a tip in the end, the grandfather was very polite and said that it was his duty even if we didn't give it.
