The room was quite spacious, and the location is close to the airport. However, the shuttle service seems to have infrequent schedules. There's a small convenience store in the lobby which is a plus. The restaurant was hard to find, though. The facilities are a bit dated.

The hotel's location is conveniently within walking distance of the airport. The room was clean and a good size. I didn't book breakfast as I had an early flight. The shuttle service to the terminal operates 24/7, which was incredibly convenient. The driver was very kind and helped me with my heavy luggage without a word. All the staff were friendly and attentive. It's a great hotel!

The hotel's location is convenient, right next to Los Angeles International Airport, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities are complete, and the staff are friendly. The bar on the first floor is a great spot for a tea break and relaxation, making it an excellent choice for business travelers.

Close to the airport, so there was a lot of airplane noise in the room. The hotel is old but offers a free airport shuttle. There are no restaurants nearby, and it's about a 30-minute drive to the city center. Parking is extremely expensive. I don't recommend staying here.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport, running 24 hours a day every 15 minutes. When departing, you wait at the bus stop outside the lobby door 5 minutes beforehand. You'll need to load your own luggage onto the bus, but the driver will help you place it on the luggage rack. Just tell the driver your terminal or airline, and they'll stop and remind you. The hotel also provides complimentary luggage storage. Each floor has an ice machine, and there's even a microwave in the ice room. There are many rooms on each floor. I checked in at 5 PM and was given a room on the 5th floor, all the way at the end. Since it was only for one night, I didn't bother asking to switch, but dragging my luggage across the carpet to the furthest room was quite tiring, especially considering it's a 15-story hotel. They provide two complimentary bottles of water in the room, which was a first for me in my 15 nights in the US. The double beds are very large, and the room itself is spacious with a big sofa. There are plenty of charging ports by the bed. The only downside is that the bathroom isn't very big, with the toilet and bathtub being uncomfortably close together. However, the water pressure is incredibly strong! I was a bit worried after reading reviews about low water pressure, but it was surprisingly powerful, making for a very comfortable shower. I met a very nice housekeeper on the 5th floor in the evening. For check-out, there's a box by the elevator where you just drop your room key and card holder.

Normally wouldn’t stay at this property due to 2 previous bad experiences in the past. Our preferred hotel was sold out so we booked to stay here. We would only return because of the welcome and outstanding service received from Cassandra at the front desk. She was genuinely keen assist us to arrange 3 rooms together and very accommodating. Hotel itself is very good with coffee making machine in room, fridge, and good tv channels. Shower pressure could be better. Housekeeping very noisy in the morning talking loudly in corridors and banging doors. A lot of airline crew stay here on their stopover so this shows quality. I would return only because service and welcome from Cassandra was exceptional. There are several airport hotels on Century Blvd you could choose from but because of her kindness, I will return. There are several eateries along Century Blvd and easy walk to airport. You can park at Joe’s parking next door in order to avoid the hefty parking charges at the Sheraton.

Big clean room. The pool seems to be very nice though I didn’t use it. Poor sound isolation as I could hear people talk in the corridor and flights take off.

The hotel is a bit old and luxurious, and it's too close to the airport, making it very noisy. It's the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. However, it is indeed close to the airport and has an outdoor swimming pool, along with a free airport shuttle.
