Sleeps 8 Guests additional air mattresses can be provided. Large pocket doors open up into the backyard for the ultimate LA living. Master Bedroom features a patio, fireplace, walk in closet & large clawfoot tub. Our home is perfect for professional group or family trip. Please refer to house rules for additional information regarding pool/spa. About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Inqiure about our pet fee!.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Cost for Pool Heating $1000.00 per week.

We so enjoyed our time here! It’s a beautiful modern home with great backyard and close to everything the valley has to offer. The property manager was super responsive and quick to meet our needs. They installed a pool fence upon request and met other requests with positivity and promptness. Recommend!
