The home is located up Nichols Canyon but a 5 min drive down the hill to Hollywood Blvd. A short walk from the doorstep to Runyon Canyon hiking trails. **NO PARTIES** PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING: this home can not accommodate parties or events of any kind due to strict parking and noise ordinances in the neighborhood. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in or outside of the home. High risk fire zone. Security cameras are located outside of the home and guests in violation will be evicted without refund. *Most of the year the sun heats the pool during the day but in the Winter months it can be cold. Please note it is $45 extra per day to heat the pool.
