Be careful when booking this accommodation. I tried to complete the reservation through booking since it was at a good price even though it had few reviews, but I finally wanted to cancel it when I found a more suitable accommodation. My surprise was when I checked my bank account and saw that they had tried to charge the full amount of the accommodation without prior notice or specification at the time of booking. Finally, checking the booking conditions (the small print) I see that the accommodation indicates that the reservation is only confirmed with prior payment. Total: I don't know if it's a problem with booking or the accommodation but be aware that the information at the time of booking is misleading. I specifically searched for reservations without advance payment and with free cancellation, so there was a mistake here. Luckily, my card was blocked and they couldn't charge it. They made a total of 4 attempts in a few minutes. -Something that also surprises me-

When we arrived on the Friday evening we couldn't get in through the gates to our suite. No one would come and help us... The code box outside was not working. Made several phone calls to office no help... Lucky a resident came out to allow us access. Cold water in the shower on arrival. Faulty hairdryer left which burnt hair. Pre check in sent over to complete whilst we were still travelling on the plane. Would not recommend this place.

I was told (in writing) there would be a washer and dryer in the unit. When I arrived at the apartment there was neither so I cancelled the reservation. Huge battle to get my money back, I had to elevate it to my visa legal department before getting a refund.

I would not recommend this property. The apartment would fill with the smell of ********* smoke several times a day (from a nearby tenant). Also the listing on ******* indicates 2 bathrooms but there is only 1 bathroom. The morning of our checkout I got a call and a text at 6:45am asking what time we would be leaving so they could arrange for the cleaning crew. We definitely did not appreciate the timing of this call while traveling. I told them we would leave at 11, which was our check out time.
If it wasn't for these things we appreciated the nice girl who helped checked us in, the pool and amenities of the community, and the designated parking spot.
