Hard to contact the staff. They are always not there. We have to text them, wait and repeat. Even the room and the location are unbeatable but I will consider going there again.

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a 16 day holiday staying in 4 different cities in America. It was the most expensive yet worst hotel we stayed in. The Apartment was not very clean, there was dust over most of the furniture and previous guest hair all over the tiles in the bathroom. The bed was awful, the basw was broken and the mattress had sinks in it. The bedding was also really unattractive to look at "brown", smelled damp and looked like a 20 year old blanket. All the roller blinds had stains on them. As did the sofa. The furniture in a new apartment was old and dated and looked all second hand. It's such a shame as the building is fairly new and the communal areas are very nice, so it was quite a shock to see the apartment inside.

It seems the poor reviews are related to people wanting to cancel the booking and then experiencing difficulties. I'm here now, and have left a very good rating as the apartment is as shown in the photos, and so what we expected, but mainly the rating reflects David who checked us in, what a lovely bloke, and when we couldn't find a duvet cover for my son he brought two blankets up. Seeing the scam scam reviews was giving me some anxiety, but as of the moment, no faults at all

DON'T book this property even booking term is free cancellation and pay on arrival. The property will charge to your credit card immediately after booking. Then it will very very long time to get the refund even if you made lot of effort to contact the property. May be not even refund by defult if you do not chase. This is very tiring. Clearly the property take benefit of charge immediately but delaying refund to get cash benefit on short term investment, eg. interest. etc.

SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I booked a "Book Now Pay Later" Reservation and were charged immediately. No Refund after canceling without fees. Not answering. Since November 2024. It's BAD and SAD that today (end of March 2025) You can still book this on Booking, ...

Okay, here’s a review, as requested: This place was pretty great! The location seriously can’t be beat; everything was so close and easy to get to. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. I’d def stay here again.

An accomodation doesn’t follow policy properly. I have cancelled LA travel due to huge fire in LA. I requested free cancellation, however Staypro did not accept. I understand as it is their policy. So I cancelled reservation by enduring quite high cancellatio fee(79%). I have requested refund rest amount except cancel fee but they informed it is non refundable and they don’t even reply for my E-mail anymore.
