DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Los Angeles

Supper great location. Very friendly staff and service. Easy in and out from the freeway. Across the street is the mall with a lot of eateries. Overall we’re happy with our stay.

This was my first trip to the United States, and I had the fortunate opportunity to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Palmdale. The hotel's layout is exceptionally well-designed, featuring ample parking, comprehensive facilities, a tranquil environment, and comfortable rooms. Everything was in perfect harmony, making my two-day stay feel like being at home. I am deeply grateful to the hardworking staff who kept the rooms immaculate, for the generous breakfast offerings, and for the kindness of everyone I encountered. I wish them all the best for the future and hope to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Palmdale again on my next visit.

Clean and convenient location for people who has a car. They don’t give you a 5 dollar gift shop voucher even if you opt in to no-room cleaning. Then, why do they advertise it?? See pic. If they stopped the service, don’t say so. Breakfast is wonderful. You are expected to pay tip.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (10-12 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms. The hotel’s location was around 1.5 miles from the downtown. The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile. The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room bottled water, dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA but 2 bottles of water everywhere except DoubleTree By Hilton! While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

Spacious room. Very well kept. Had the tub in the bathroom and loved it. Only problem was there's no hotel shuttle to the airport.

We had a nice time. Staff were very accommodating, facility was clean, easy check-in/out process, very close to lots of food and attractions. 10 minutes from downtown Disney.. it was wonderful. The options/quality of the breakfast buffet wasn’t great but it was convenient for our group. Would absolutely come back again!

The hotel environment is very good, with flowers and plants everywhere, good greening, and traditional American decoration. The parking lot is large and there are many entrances and exits to the hotel, making it convenient to return to your room after parking. The room size is real, the photos are real, the waiter has a warm smile, like it 👍. There are two shortcomings: 1. The water pressure of the bathroom shower is low and it is clogged and sprays randomly. 2. The ventilation is not good. The smell near the refrigerator in the room has not gone away for ten days since I moved in.

It's very convenient to watch the Los Angeles Galaxy games.

Come here to work, this hotel is set nearby. The room is OK, two people are enough to live! The room facilities are a bit old, but the sanitation is OK! Service is also in place!
