Location is good: it's about 25 mins walk from Disneyland, and 10 mins walk from the Convention Center. Room is clean and spacious. If breakfast is included, it'll be first charged to the room and offset by credit when checking out.

Stayed here 2 nights for a visit to Knott's Berry Farm on a Friday in Oct 2024 for myself and my wife with a car rental. Stay was great, lots of parking, room was clean, shower water pressure was strong, wifi speed was sufficient for YouTube, 8 minute drive to Knott's Berry but the hotel also offers a free shuttle that you need to book ahead of time that we did not use but Uber or Lyft to the park would be cheaper than parking.

If you rent a car, you can easily get to Commerce. It is located near the highway exit, so transportation is very convenient, and it is located inside the outlet mall, so it is good for shopping. I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cozy facilities.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to a big shopping mall with plenty of food options nearby and free car parking. The entrance, car park and foyer area was outstanding, with impressive Christmas decorations and well presented staff. The rooms were good, but not at the level of the foyer and we had some issues with our rooms not being serviced by housekeeping, however the manager was very apologetic and offered compensation due to the challenges with housekeeping. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

the hotel is not bad, but it is not what we expected. the room was very noisy from the elevator, you could also hear the toilet flushing in the next room. About breakfast. When we booked the hotel, the photo and description indicated that the breakfast type was buffet. but when we came for breakfast we were offered only 2 dishes to choose from and that's it... even drinks were paid. There was nothing else. why deceive people? The breakfast was not tasty, there was a bone in the sausage and the pancakes were burnt. very disappointed in the hotel.

Unfortunately I had to change rooms twice! The first room was next to a noisy ventilation/ac machine, I did not even unpack my case. The receptionist kindly moved me to another room, in fact it was more like an upgrade. I unpacked and I had half a pizza from early on. I had put it on the side next to the tv. I went to get a slice and the whole of the tops of the cabinets had ants all over it. I had to get out of that room. They gave me a complimentary breakfast for the next morning. They obviously have an ongoing problem because they have other reviews exactly the same as this.

Very funny, the hotel swiped the credit card, but I couldn't find the specific person, and I didn't return the card when I left the hotel. The breakfast in the United States is usually bread, eggs, and some common fruits. If you have requirements to eat, try to bring some of your own.

The room and service is impeccable Checking in was smooth and was given a bottle of water and hot cookie (absolutely delicious)! Breakfast area is small. Unlike Asian hotels, breakfast is not buffet style and order from menu. Room doesn't have bottled water and no flask for boiling hot water. The room numbers are not in sequence and kinda confusing My room has an audible hound and this pulled my rating from 5 to 4,

Room environment: Big room, clean management, pool view hotel service : very polite geographical location Convenient location with many shops and restaurants nearby It only takes about 30 minutes to drive to Universal Studios.
