It's a 5-minute walk from Pasadena Old Street and a 5-minute drive from the nearest Ralph's. There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Don't miss the City Hall and a Japanese restaurant called Wasaka. The hotel parking fee is 35šŖ per day, but the public parking in the same building is capped at 12šŖ per day, so you can save a lot. The hotel has coin-operated laundry, which is very livable.
Mid-hill level with very good location ease of access to variety food restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, recreation parks n hiking trails. Close to HWY60. But paid overnight parking space is negative.
Courtyard by Marriott in Monterey Park is my go to hotel in the San Gabriel Valley area. Reasons? Compatible prices, convenient location (right off 10 fwy), comfortable room/ bed, self laundry (front desk gave me free tokens to use), quick response from housekeeping when needed, friendly staff, many choices of restaurants within walkable distance and 2 supermarkets nearby.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable, im just curious about why the alarm clock isn't on the correct time. Lol š
They also have a very friendly staff. Come and see for yourself!!
This city is not big. There are not many hotels available. This is ideal, especially for distance or school. Come to send your children to school. The traffic is convenient.
In the Los Angeles area, during the summer tourist season, the price of just over 1,000 RMB is a very good value for money. The surrounding area is safe and the hotel has complete service facilities. It is close to the highway and you can eat at the restaurant next door. It is more convenient if you have a car. The hotel charges $6 a day for parking, which is acceptable.
Room cleaning and toiletries replacement are provided every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The room was cleaned. Sound insulation is slightly poor. The surrounding environment is safe and there are many Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby.
Our experience at this hotel was extremely mixed. Iāll list the good points first, and then mention issues we had, as they were quite significant.
Pros: The location was great, close to the airport (about a 12 minute drive) and also right next to a huge mall with a Target and many restaurants, several grocery stories, Starbucks, etc. Super convenient for flying in/out of LAX and also getting around various locations in LA.
The aesthetics of the lobby are generally nice and it seems like itās been renovated recently. Thereās also free (and delicious) chocolate chip cookies in the lobby around 5:30 each evening.
The front desk staff are generally helpful and responsive.
Finally, to the cons:
Most of our gripes are related to the hotelās housekeeping service. The housekeeping service at this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. We constantly had to call and ask for basic necessities the werenāt replenished: no wash clothes or hand towels, no bedding for the couch bed, several times they failed to take the very full trash out, etc. Worst perhaps of all was how they never changed the paper, ice biner, or glass cups in the room. We used the glasses on the first night of our stay, the next day they took one of the dirty glasses and left the other, never giving us cleans ones or taking the dirty glass for the entirety of our 5 day stay (see photo). They also didnāt replenish the paper coffee cups.
At the end of our stay we shared our dissatisfaction with the front desk manager over the poor housekeeping services and she was very understanding and apologetic and there was any way she could make it up to us, which was very appreciated.
Very new hotel, the facilities and bedding are very satisfactory. There is also plenty of parking space at the door, with many charging locations, and it is very convenient to park the tram here.
I love this hotel. It's pricy but you get free parking and it's by all the shops and the airport. Laundry on site. Very clean. Very nice staff. Bar, lounge. Nice beds. Cool place.

SSantVelosaStaff super helpful from start, room nice and clean, location is great (walking distance from SM pier)⦠the wifi provided for free is enough for what you have to do on a regular day (option to upgrade to fast for a fee) valet parking available for $45 a day ( the area charges around $30 per day for public parking, so its a good deal as you can go in an out as many times as you can)

AAnonymous UserAll the hotel staff, such as the front desk reception, restaurant service, and parking staff, were very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast selection was very rich. The parking manager took us to the car rental company in his own car and enthusiastically introduced the attractions we could visit. The front desk let us store our luggage for free for two days after checking out, which was very warm and considerate. Very good stay experience!
GGuest UserThe room was OK. I've stayed there before and didn't have a bad impression.
But this time, I never expected to be charged nearly $80 for just 12 hours of parking. It's shocking, right? It's the most expensive hotel parking fee in the United States in all these years.
