Hotel Los Narejos

A quaint outdated family run hotel. Only an overnight stay but problem started when we couldn't get in the room. No chance of a bath as no bath plug, it's policy apparently. No remote for the TV or aircon but can have one I believe although not offered if you leave 20euro deposit! Plug socket locations middle of bed so completely inpractical as no safe place to plug in the kettle unless on the floor or in bathroom where I unfortunately got scalded by boiling water as had to balance the kettle on the sink. Bed was comfortable and room had a heater that worked. We have stayed in over 30 hotels in the years we have lived here and this would be the second worst of all time. Unfortunately after informing Jesús of the issues he did not even offer an apology of any sort just excuses shameful. Enjoy your stay folks. I hope your's is better than ours.

Los Alcázares Nice little hotel, very clean and spacious room. Friendly reception and excellent value for money

A lovely quiet hotel ideally situated to get to the beach or the busy Ave. Rio Nalon with all its bars and restaurants.

1st of June - 8th. Hotel was very clean and the proprietors were very friendly and helpful , but we had to ask for another toilet roll. Also two people sharing a room with a balcony and only one chair, so we asked for another chair. There is only one bedside cabinet with one light so if one went to sleep the other could not have the light on. The bathroom was nice but they need a slip mat in the shower. Just little things like the above make a difference. Our room was on the front and extremely noisy from all night road traffic. Although not the fault of the proprietor there are two hotels with the practically the same name in the same street five minutes walk apart. The difference being one is called Costa Narejos and the other is Los Narejos. Apparently it is causing a lot of confusion when booking and people are Landing up in the wrong hotel, as we did. Obviously the Costa has more facilities which obviously you pay for. So perhaps that should be brought to people's attention when booking.

Trying out a new area The hotel was great! From the moment we arrived, the staff were nothing less than great. Everyone seemed very happy, which made the atmosphere very good. Breakfast was very pleasant and there was a lot of choice. We have stayed in 3* hotels not as good as this. We look forward to returning at some point.
