Le daría cero estrellas a este hotel si pudiera. El comportamiento del personal fue completamente inapropiado y la atención al cliente inaceptable. Una persona del personal fue especialmente maleducada conmigo, lo cual me sorprendió, ya que me considero una persona respetuosa y con buena formación. Al principio tenía grandes expectativas sobre este lugar, pero la experiencia fue profundamente decepcionante. Los practicantes apenas podían hablar inglés correctamente, lo que hizo que la comunicación fuera muy frustrante; se notaban poco profesionales y nada preparados. Siento la necesidad de compartir esta opinión, porque si tratan así a los clientes, no me quiero imaginar cómo tratarán a sus propios empleados. En resumen, una experiencia muy decepcionante que no recomiendo a nadie.

Staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were clean. Only downside was the noise from adjoining rooms, very thin walls and very loud conversations.

I will start with the positive points about the hotel. It’s in a great location a 4 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by some great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everywhere is kept spotlessly clean in the hotel. There is a happy hour from 5 to 7 with 40% off drinks. There is also a spa on the 5th floor of the hotel which I tried and got the most amazing massage from Julie who is so friendly and knowledgeable and runs the place like clock work. Well worth a visit on your stay and prices are very good. The negatives are the hotel rooms are dated and really need upgraded. The breakfast selection was good something for everyone but the evening meal selection was terrible and the food was lukewarm which was a shame. There was no real entertainment in the bar area at night when we were there in October apart from background music playing and a couple of nights of bingo. I would definitely go back to Los Alcazares and the beautiful Mar Menor as it is definitely a place to relax but I don’t think I would return to the hotel until they have improved the rooms and food selection.

Back once again to this wonderful Hotel. The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, pool area, bar and lobby is exceptional. From reception staff at check in to bar, dining room and housekeeping , you feel so welcome. The selection of food in the dining room is exceptional. Quality and variety in abundance. The addition of the little souvenir shop is lovely. It would benefit by stocking a small range of toiletries. The entertainment is varied and when the Flamenco night is on its spectacular. It should be advertised outside as it deserves a bigger audience. I have already booked for 2025. Mary Byrne
