no hemos llegado a ir , nos regalaron una noche promocional , la cual es una estafa , primero hay pocos hoteles depende la zona y cuando llamamos , te obliga a consumir alli , 45 euros por persona sin contar la bebida ( cada hotel pondra el precio que quiera ) y encima en verano no lo puedes utilizar , sale mas barato comprar una noche promocional , que utilizarla , queriamos dejar la reseña en la pagina de noches promocionales pero no hemos podido , espero que la gente no regale estas cosas porque no sale a cuenta para la otra persona

Excellent customer service & very welcoming. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel, & the helpfulness of the staff. A special mention for Daniel the lifeguard, exceptional competence/awareness assisting myself on numerous occasions when I struggled with steps on existing the Jaquzzi.

Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. What you do get however, is a wonderfully situated hotel, right next to the beach and town which has plenty of bars to occupy your nights with. Loads of nice restaurants and fairly cheap too. Average beer 3-4 euros. The hotel is nice. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, the pool is sound, not that a group of golfers used it much but kids were enjoying it. Rooms are OK, nothing special but clean and tidy. The receptionist, I forget her name, with glasses, her English is that good I actually thought she was from Cambridge or somewhere posh, she was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, would i come back? Absolutely.

Le daría cero estrellas a este hotel si pudiera. El comportamiento del personal fue completamente inapropiado y la atención al cliente inaceptable. Una persona del personal fue especialmente maleducada conmigo, lo cual me sorprendió, ya que me considero una persona respetuosa y con buena formación. Al principio tenía grandes expectativas sobre este lugar, pero la experiencia fue profundamente decepcionante. Los practicantes apenas podían hablar inglés correctamente, lo que hizo que la comunicación fuera muy frustrante; se notaban poco profesionales y nada preparados. Siento la necesidad de compartir esta opinión, porque si tratan así a los clientes, no me quiero imaginar cómo tratarán a sus propios empleados. En resumen, una experiencia muy decepcionante que no recomiendo a nadie.

Staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were clean. Only downside was the noise from adjoining rooms, very thin walls and very loud conversations.
