Wingate by Wyndham Los Alamos

Mr. Patel, You have a gem in your staff! Sonia was delightful and very professional. I have seldom seen someone work as hard and wear as many hats as she did. She keeps a nice hotel that made my husband and I feel very welcome. We received excellent advice on a secret overlook in nearby White Rock to view the stars from a lovely front desk attendant. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel is right across the street from the civic center and is separated from the historical/tourist district by an outstanding park with a lot of out door art work. We hope to move there soon!

Everything was great. Nice building great staff. I didn’t give it five stars because the breakfast didn’t really have any healthy options and there was Fox News playing in the breakfast area. It would be nice if they put a little more effort into reducing the disposables in the breakfast and just a little more healthy food would be amazing. Also, Fox is not actually news and it’s a toxic way to start your day.

Attempt to update room, was obvious - good. Property being in process made for a cheaper setting. Even updates were only "average." People at desk were friendly. That said it was like a "ghost" motel. Boxes stacked in lobby area. Quality didn't fit price. Not used to this from a Wyndom

It served its purpose. Room was clean. Looks like it could have used a new paint job. Needs a bit of a refreasher.

There was construction going on but nothing disturbing. The young lady and young man at the front desk were amazing. Rooms were clean and very modern. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area!

If this was the best rated place in Los Alamos, I There were a few positives, the flavored water, and the muffins. The downside was cold eggs and bacon. Awful coffee beds were mushy floors were dirty. Loose tiles in the bathroom. The only recommendation I would make is somebody build another hotel in the area as they could make good money. Incredible that we paid that much for a room and got so little.
