Hotel on the island of Lopud. From Dubrovnik by ferry or transfer from the hotel (very expensive). The hotel is a bit tired (today between 3 and 4 stars), but the sea and the beach are wonderful.

This hotel deserves a proper customer oriented management, the infrastructure is there but the service was unbelievably poor. I would not recommend it.The arguments we had with the stuff and their not accommdotating behaviour which was really bad left us leaving this beautiful island with a bad after taste.

We love this hotel, which is why we came back again this year to spend the first week of July here. As usual, the view from the room terrace is absolutely breathtaking, both in the morning and in the evening. Every room has this view, which is a big, big plus. The rooms are tidy and cleaned daily. The staff is very warm and friendly, especially Mr. Tihomir, the good spirit of Lafodia. Also worth mentioning are the lovely ladies from the Spa department, where you can get a great massage, and the kind staff of the La Baja restaurant. However, while there are many compliments, there are also some points for improvement. We witnessed an unpleasant situation in the Dalmar restaurant. The restaurant manager raised his voice toward the Filipino waitstaff who were serving us. They seemed stressed, and for guests, this was uncomfortable and disappointing to witness. In addition, we noticed a decline in the quality of the food compared to previous years. We truly hope this improves, as we love returning to this hotel each year.

Despite the best location and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff management of this hotel is not the best one pricing is crazy, italian management is putting 100% increased prices compared to the local shops on the food and drinks Also the renting of the beds is very expensive compared to the quality of the material they invest minimum to get the maximum from the guests I did not see this happening in Italy. this is called unloyal concurrence Hotel is based in Croatia and not in Italy and it shows with this management P.S. I was charged double at my check out which I am also now trying to correct with my bank

The views are amazing- the highlight of this resort. The beach is beautiful. However, the service and food are not good. It took three asks to get our AC turned down by the front desk. We asked three times for our phone to be fixed and over our four day stay it never was, so every time we needed something we had to go down to the front desk. We also asked for washcloths and never received them and gave up. We were told that we would get new towels every two days but never got new ones. Instead, housekeeping took our dirty towels off the ground and hung them back up. There’s no beach food/drinks service and you can only get food at the Baja next to the beach where the food is not good at all. Only pizza can be taken to-go but the machine was broken so there was nothing. The servers were not very hospitable and even made me pay for a burger that was very gross and uneaten. They insisted it was beef but the smell, taste, and look was off. Half the time there was no one at the beach bar to get drinks.

The 4 days of staying were in RMH Lopud Lafodia above our expectation. From our previous experience, if the people looking for very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, there is right place.
