Heet enjoy de luxe, maar voldoet hier echt niet aan. Ontbijt is prima, lunch goed, diner matig. Personeel is niet vriendelijk, misschien te druk. Kamer ín nieuwe gedeelte prima, fijne douche. Dinerzaal erg vol, lawaaiig en benauwd. Entertainment beetje plichtmatig. Bustocht en wandeling door derden heel leerzaam en leuk. Geen gastvrije benadering, wij zulken hier niet terug komen, noch aanbevelen.

Slechtste hotel waar wij ooit zijn geweest!!!! De aan ons bevestigde reservering was bij aankomst niet bekend. Dan sta je raar te kijken. Notabene de dag van te voren nog gebeld over aankomst tijd diegene kwam zo onnozel over en dat aan de receptie ! Bij haar ook overigens geen reservering bekend , maar zou het regelen , nee dus !!! Het werd overigens wel correct opgelost door ons een appartement aan te bieden. Wij waren geen enjoy-arrangement klant, maar wilden slechts een nacht verblijven. Ontbijtruimte is veel te vol en maakt daardoor een rommelige indruk ! Receptie was bij het uitchecken ronduit onvriendelijk , meestal vraag je toch hoe iemand zijn verblijf geweest is . Kortom een zeer slechte ervaring !

Kamer 11 geen douche, instappen in hoog ligbad. Water van de douche was wisselvallig, dan koud en dan weer bereheet. Ontbijt prima, lunch 50/50, diner kon beter, Diner op bord 2 grote wortels met stukje loof er nog aan, en niet gaar. Een menu met aardappelpuree en rode kool, was smakeloos. 1 avond 5-gangendiner, voor- hoofd- en nagerecht, en op een plankje 2 koekjes en klein glaasje drank. Huiskamer waar koffieapparaat/en taart staat saai geheel. Eetzaal voor diner, te veel tafels te dicht op elkaar. 1x in enjoy Riche Valkenburg geweest, restaurant stukken gezelliger en goed eten. Daar krijg je iedere ochtend een briefje met keuzemenu voor ‘s avonds. In Enjoy Groningen krijg je 1e dag een lijst moet je voor heel het verblijf diner opgeven. Mooie kamers. Eten werd echter niet met de nodige zorg op tafel gebracht. Soep liep bijvoorbeeld langs de rand van de soepkommetjes. Glazen niet altijd proper gewassen. Soms te lang wachten vooraleer je consummatie kon krijgen. Ondanks de de mindere zorg bij opdienen van het eten scoort het eten niet slecht.

Die Betten sind sehr gut, Zimmer u d Bad aber leider nicht sehr sauber z.B bei Ankunft Krümel und Knopf unterm Bett. Wascbeckenablage mit Seifen und Zahnpastaflecken. Untere Ablage sehr staubig. OberSchränke sehr hoch angebracht Borde kaum erreichbar. Grosser Spiegel im Zimmer fehlt. Abendessen nicht besonders schmackhaft, bis auf4. Abend.Getränke OK. Personal etwas Unaufmerksamkeit.Waren unmittelbarvorher im enjoy -Hotel Greetsiel, es war um einiges besser: Essen, Bedienung, Getränke. Die Freundlichkeit war unübertreffbar.

Het hotel is prima schone en mooie kamers, niets mis mee en het ontbijt is prima alleen zou het wat professioneler kunnen ....spiegeleieren in een bakje op elkaar is een beetje moeilijk op je bord te krijgen. het diner is zeker onder de maat en zelfs slecht, zijn al in veel Enjoy Hotels geweest, maar dit was super slecht. Personeel lijkt zeer ongeïnteresseerd en smijten bijna de borden op de tafel..... ,,hoe kan het voor die prijs" niet meer Loppersum.

Het Enjoy concept ‘de Luxe’ zeker niet waard! het diner ronduit slecht! Smakeloos, goedkope inkoop, vis met graten, taai vlees. Huiskamer zonder ramen die door het personeel ‘het crematorium’ word genoemd. Tafels vies, vuile vaat blijft staan. Kamers worden op verzoek schoon gemaakt, vieze handdoeken aan de klink hangen. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt.
