The hotel provides you basic needs, shampoo, soap, smart TV, clean bed.
The best things thing I give credit to this hotel is location. Banana market, a big market, provides you with everything that local thai have and near Lotus.

The Grand room was not like the advertised picture. Disappointed. But because I finished work late and checked in late, I was too lazy to find a new hotel, so I just let it go. I asked the staff. The staff said that the picture in the app was for advertising and selling on the app. It was a very good answer. So I couldn't argue with anything. I will probably stay only once.
