服務員態度不好，拿礦泉水都要收費。早餐九點三十五分就開始收東西，看到客人進來理都不理，一副急着下班的樣子，客人在吃東西就站在旁盯着邊等着收東西。差評。

自然環境很好，酒店距周邊景點出行也很順暢，有超大停車場，酒店還幫我升級了房間，服務人員很熱情 早餐也不錯。強力推薦酒店，住着真的很舒服。

入住非常舒適，房間比較大，設施設備齊全，服務人員也都很熱情，而且酒店距離土樓景區近，比較方便。只是叫餐的話周邊的餐飲選擇不多。泡池很乾凈，佈置温馨浪漫。總體體驗不錯 下次還會來

第一次帶家人來參觀土樓，對酒店的要求就是安全，安靜，乾淨，環境好，服務態度好。這家店完全達到了預期效果。早餐豐富，還有露天温泉池泡温泉，服務夠貼心。房間大，清潔程度滿意，各種設施齊全完善。就是位置稍微距離偏了一些。總體還是非常滿意的！
