在今天眾多酒店已經不收取按金的時候，這家店還要收取按金，房間內仍然投入使用消費品。還有就是，前台在辦理入住的時候，迎客的時候如果能夠站起來，更好，更禮貌，而不是讓客人站着等，前台坐在那，希望可以改進。
