設施：淋浴熱水出水量太小，感覺熱水一點壓力都沒有。晚上空調管道里老鼠吵了整晚，次日向酒店反應了，不知能否儘快解決問題。
衞生：過得去。
環境：土樓景區入口處邊，位置不錯。
服務：店長挺負責，入住之前就聯繫何時到店、安排導遊。看在店長蠻熱心的，晚餐在酒店讓安排了客家四小碗菜，二人152元，味道還行，但是三個都是肉菜，量也太大了點，浪費了，這個套餐的量可以四人吃！
