沒冷氣 衹有個風扇 帳篷比外面熱 我們的房間離設施有一段路 需要走不少樓梯 依賴觀光車 不過環境寧靜 床也乾淨 早餐也不錯 不過份量少

因為定的是比較貴的房型，房間佈置是不錯的，適合小朋友，但衞生堪憂，吃的侷限，服務不太好，不規範，整體感覺老闆不在乎遊客體驗，估計都是想着一次生意，來之前想着攜程分數為何那麼低，來之後有道理有理由

龍巖森林水鄉酒店是主打自然野奢體驗的特色住宿。優勢很突出，隱匿於茂密山林中，推窗即見綠意，懸崖帳篷、森林露營等房型極具特色，能沉浸式感受山野風光，周邊還有漂流、滑車等娛樂項目，且提供山下接送服務，貼心便捷。但短板也明顯，部分帳篷隔音差、淋浴設施有損壞，早餐品種單一、供應不足，管家對遊玩訊息不熟悉，服務和設施細節仍需提升。

風景很好，晚上很涼爽，坐在椅子上吹吹風特別舒服。景區有接駁車去各個景點很方便。娃玩的都不想走了，如果餐廳能再多點美食就好了

懸崖酒店環境超預期好，很舒服，環境視野開闊真是美，晚上飛蟲比較多，景區接泊車太少，影響出行體驗，司機服務態度及意識水平有待提高！

山莊整體思路是對的。好看的山景，清涼的泉水，户外的帳篷營地 主打一個親近大自然。但是落實下來很多具體實施條件跟不上。第一服務素質太差1000多的住房，進門需要旅客自己大包小包提很多行李辦入住再走到大門裡麪去找到司機，當我詢問司機可不可以幫我提一下行李，直接被拒絕甚至言語我無理要求。建議：酒店應該把留宿客人和短時訪客分開檢票，單獨開通道，留宿客人可以辦完入住後直接上車。司機也應該下車幫忙提行李。第二作為一個水鄉度假酒店，既然開發了水上樂園，卻提供不了浴袍也很矛盾。山泉水本身就比較寒涼，山上晚上更冷，建議可以在水上樂園提供浴袍，還可以煮點紅糖薑茶給取暖。第三，餐食簡單，也不太好吃。在山裡麪也叫不到外賣。山莊的工作人員八九點就下班。晚上更是聯繫不上管家。建議，起碼在最旺季裏面，工作人員不應該那麼早下班。管家起碼留一個值夜，後廚也可以增加宵夜檔。條件到位留宿客也不需要自備太多東西來，山莊也可以多一份盈利。作為一個度假山莊，還是有很多條件沒跟上。服務也好酒店衞生也好餐食條件都給人有種開發到一半沒錢了的感覺
