酒店位於一個很大的度假村內，我們入住的並非本樓而是相隔一些距離的雙象灣酒店，早餐和温泉都得走出去，但酒店提供接駁車服務，開車的小夥子態度友好，度假村出口處有幾家小飯店可以吃當地炒菜。房間非常大，尤其是衞生間，乾濕分離還有大浴缸

龍巖天子温泉度假區（瓏泊灣大酒店）環境清幽，依山傍水，温泉泡池種類豐富，適合放鬆療養。酒店房間寬敞，部分帶私湯，設施較新但細節維護一般。服務響應速度中等，自助餐種類尚可。適合家庭度假，但旺季人較多，建議錯峯出行。周邊娛樂配套較少，更適合純休閑遊客。

設施：老牌星級酒店，設施很齊全，不錯。不過好像沒見到健身房，其他的都有了！
衞生：不錯，阿姨和實習的同學們都挺認真的。
環境：非常好，山林之間，鳥語花香，遊玩項目多，大人小童歡聲笑語，最撫遊客心！
服務：很好，希望酒店善待工作人員，以人為本，希望酒店一直在！我們一直來！

酒店包含的門票，是在房卡有效期內可以進出的，且不限次數。
如果是晚上到，當天沒時間玩的遊客隔天想入園玩，就會遇到早晨10點才開園，而12點又得出來退房，退房後就不能再進入的尷尬，如果想玩，衹能在上午11點前退房，找前台換返場券，一次性進入中途不能出去。
温泉場所很大，不過水上樂園項目比較少，衹有水道滑梯，大喇叭，大碗口，沖浪池，其他適合小朋友玩，早餐沒什麼東西可以吃。
景區的女士粉色拖鞋比黑色拖鞋滑很多，儘量別穿粉色拖鞋，我幾次要滑倒，小朋友也穿粉色拖鞋摔了兩次。所以我小心謹慎的在走，最後還是重重摔在了下沖浪池區域的台階，踩到了防滑墊，反而滑倒了，防滑墊下面黑乎乎滑滑的可能沒有清洗乾淨，加上拖鞋又滑，台階處凸出來的地方摔到盆骨，我摔完後面又有人在我面前同一個地點也摔了。不過景區服務還不錯，派了車和人員送去醫院拍了ct，挫傷，就是得痛很久了，還好骨頭應該沒事，不幸中的萬幸。建議景區安全問題要重視，容易滑倒的地方，不管是防滑墊還是拖鞋，都要留心檢查和重點排查，不然今天摔到的是長者後果不堪設想。也讓遊客身心疲憊，本來去玩的，結果變成了噩夢。
